Its been a while since ive posted an updated review for this amazing hotel and following our most recent stay i felt i should share what a wonderful experience we had.
So we have just returned from Grosvenor House after visiting since 2004 staying between LRM and GHH maybe 2/3 times per year. Every year it just gets better and better and is simply faultless in everyway!
Our room was amazing (deluxe suite) it was cleaned to an amazing standard everyday and turned out immaculately.
The pool (tower 1) was fabulous as ever and despite extremely high temperatures and long shifts the pool staff took pride in there duties and were always so polite and attentive, thankyou to Freddy, Silva, Suranger, Thukar and the lovely waiters who took several customised orders for our sons lunches everyday.
Sloanes restaurant.... it has an amazing selection of high quality fresh food and is cooked to your individual preference. We have been eating here for many years and have really noticed how well they all work as a team, the managers Jitesh, Motaz and Mridul are outstanding in there roles and it shows through to the rest of the restaurant team, from the chefs, to the waiters, to the girls on the desk and even the cleaners!! We thankyou all for looking after us so well it truly made us feel like our 2nd home. A special mention to Hana (chef) for customising meals for me following very recent surgery to which i had special dietary requirements shes an asset to the hotel!
I could go on all day about how amazing this hotel is, but in reality the key to its success is the amazing staff that make it what it is!! I cannot reccomend it enough, if you want the best hotel with the best service in Dubai then book it you wont be dissapointed.

Special Birthday Lunch and a Martini!
My special birthday lunch with my husband. Afterwards we called into the Lobby bar. Had a lovely martini carefully prepared by the staff, they treated us in a very personal attentive way. A cake arrived! I would like to have all my birthdays there! They made me feel very special - a lovely experience. Thank you to all the LB staff especially Sumana and Camila for their personal touch.
Re-arranged April visit.
We had booked a stay for April 2026 but the Gulf crisis curtailed this visit. We arranged another holiday as soon as FCDO removed the travel risk we booked to travel from 212/07/26-30/07/26. We have visited Dubai many times but this was the most quiet we have ever seen it. The Hotel was extremely quiet as well as the roads/malls. Therefore a 'new' experience, staff in the hotel had more time to speak with you and gave you the opportunity to understand the impact of the Gulf Crisis from another's interpretation. It also meant staff had less guests to cater for and really went over and above with the service delivery which was fantastic. We had a room with ab balcony which was much appreciated but it was when we went into the room we got the biggest surprise. The hotel knew we were celebrating our Golden wedding anniversary and the really made a huge effort to celebrate with us, Balloons, petals on the bed and stalks spelling out Happy Anniversary, bottle of fizz, anniversary cake and a bouquet of fresh flowers and of course a card - we were most grateful for this. Our room attendant Karthigan made sure all our amenities were topped up and plenty of water and towels and of course a high standard of cleanliness was delivered. A lot of renovation had been completed since our visit last September therefore the hotel keeps up their high standard of ambience. Looking forward to our next visit in September 2026. Thank you Grosvenor House for another fantastic visit.

Amazing Unforgettable Stay
Another amazing stay at G.H. Love the new refurbishment upgrades. Hotel is looking beautiful as always. Staff always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Many thanks to all the hard working team from the bell boys, restaurant staff, pool staff, cleaners, these are what make the hotel run so smoothly with their hard work, and being so accommodating and polite always! What i love about this hotel most is you can see they look after their staff as i have been coming to this hotel for many years and still see most of the same staff. Also love the fact that no matter how may guests they see on a daily basis, they still remember you by name. Its those little touches that keep guests returning. Thank you to the whole team x

Thank you Karthigan for making our Second Home
Our stay at Grosvenor house is always a brilliant one. We came here for the second year in a row and they have yet again blown us away. From food, to all service in every element of the hotel. Our housekeeping Karthigan went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable one! I was experiencing some health issues this stay and he was so u derstanding and helped me feel at ease and at home. Dubai is our second home away from London and we will be back to Grosvenor house because of Karthigan and all of the staff here. Thank you all! See you soon
