Grosvenor House

I have been staying at Grosvenor House whenever I visit Dubai since 2009, and after all these years, it truly feels like a second home.

The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and efficiency in a way that few properties manage to achieve. The facilities are excellent, the location is perfect, and the service has always been outstanding. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of getting to know many of the staff members. Some are still there today, others have moved on, but the warmth and professionalism of the people have always been one of the hotel's greatest strengths.

What I particularly appreciate is how the hotel has continued to evolve and modernize while maintaining the high standards that made me choose it in the first place. Every stay reminds me why I keep coming back.

I always look forward to returning and would not hesitate to recommend Grosvenor House to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Dubai.

we have just returned home from a fabulous week at the grosvenor hotel in dubai marina district. this was our 10th holiday in the city and without doubt, our best - the bar just seems to be getting higher and higher. this hotel was recommended to us by one of my wife's colleagues and we are really grateful for the tip. from the moment you step into reception, you are aware of the opulence even by dubai standards. we received an upgrade to an extremely spacious 75m2 superior king room on arrival overlooking the residents tower & the street below - too hot for a balcony in june. daily visits to the pool deck on level 4 where we were really well looked after by fredy and his crew, complimentary iced water, slush shots and mocktails were handed out by the bar staff at regular intervals rally nice touch. if the beds / pool shade over then jump on the bus for a few minutes to the sister hotel at le royal meridien where you grab a pool bed or beach access / pool bars to see out the afternoon. there are plenty of inhouse restaurants that are top quality and offer a half board menu if you don't fancy the a la carte selection. sienna (italian) was our favourite just before indigo (indian) very little to choose between them. breakfast at sloanes was a really relaxed affair - buffet style, however chef made your cooked order and brought it over to the table. Saturday brunch at toro toro (latin style) was also a bit mad with the dancers and the bongos but great fun and the food was tremendous. i honestly can't thank the staff enough - nothing was a problem, ever and the room service was sometimes a bit too much with the chocolates, biscuits and additional coffees for the in room machine. six nights has flown by - we have a march holiday booked for dubai for another hotel but are looking at changing the booking now to return to the grosvenor.
