Worst Management Ever - Unprofessional Behavior!
The Night Manager, Mr. Ashutosh Khosla, completely ruined our stay. At 6:00 AM, he came to our room with an aggressive and hostile attitude over a missing physical ID. Even though I provided our official, legally binding digital IDs via the government's UAE PASS application, he refused to accept it. He completely rejected official UAE digital documentation and forced me to drive from Dubai to Sharjah at 6:00 AM just to get the physical card. Extreme rigidity and zero customer service skills. Highly unprofessional and toxic management. Avoid this hotel!
