Hotel Overall Service
I had a guest who stay at Grand Kingsgate Hotel, I made a booking for her for 2 weeks almost and she had wonderful experience at this hotel! At first she didn't feel comfortable due to the noise of under construction on the closed building. But from check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable and had everything that she needed. Whether it was offering local recommendations or responding quickly to any requests, their service truly stood out.
The atmosphere was welcoming, and it felt like they genuinely cared about making guests feel at home. I would definitely highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with great service and warm hospitality especially, Front office staff (Maria and Jack) who always gives you smile.

Worst experience
Initially, we had to wait for 1 hour to get checked in. Once we reached the room, there were no slippers provided. There were delays in all the services. The staff did not respond properly to calls, and every time we tried calling, the line was busy and we had to wait around 30 minutes for assistance.
