Initially, we had to wait for 1 hour to get checked in. Once we reached the room, there were no slippers provided. There were delays in all the services. The staff did not respond properly to calls, and every time we tried calling, the line was busy and we had to wait around 30 minutes for assistance.
Additionally, there were no lights in the
And also they provide 250 ML 2 water bottle after 2 bottle they charge per bottle.
Just a heads-up for anyone booking hotels in Dubai through Agoda. I just booked a 9-night stay at the Grand Kingsgate Al Jaddaf. After the booking was finalized and paid, Agoda emailed me stating I owe an extra amount to be directly paid to the hotel for the Dubai Tourism Fee.I know this is a mandatory government tax, but it should be displayed in the total price upfront. Slipping mandatory fees into an email after the transaction is completed is a text-book hidden charge. Extremely disappointed with Agoda's lack of price transparency. Double-check your confirmation emails, everyone!
