We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel facilities, and the connected rooms were excellent. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and contributed greatly to an enjoyable stay.
The breakfast selection was diverse and of good quality. However, the dinner experience could be enhanced by offering a wider variety of options and improving the overall quality of the food.
The water park was below our expectations and would benefit from significant improvements. the attractions were not engaging enough, and the children ultimately preferred spending their time at the hotel's main swimming pool rather than the water park.

Great place for Get-together, Stay and business meet
it was great experience with friendly staff at all point, like Front Office, Outlets and Room service. Customer service was top priority with smiling face as always. room was very nice and clean.

Amazing hotel for families with young kids.
As a seasoned traveler, this hotel was an exceptional experience as a family. Great water park, very attentive staff all over the hotel, including the restaurants. Strongly recommend. Shout out to Chanchlish who made our kids breakfast and dinner experience a joy every day.
Gorgeous hotel
Always the best hotels in Dubai from check in to check out. Already i was in Grand Hyatt after almost 10 years that the same as it was good and clean with gorgeous staff and facility , breakfast was good and complete for me also room was so nice and clean, thanks to all services that i got.
