Best Hotel
This is one of the best hotel that we’ve been. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. Such a lovely hotel with many of restaurants inside and you can see a live peacock. And we also love the waterpark. It was very clean and organized.
Everything a Grand Hyatt should be
We spent an extended stay at Grand Hyatt Dubai and came away genuinely impressed. From check-in through departure, the team consistently made us feel at home.
On our first night we asked for a mattress topper, and it was delivered within minutes. It was a small request, but the speed and professionalism with which it was handled set the tone for the rest of our stay.
The water park was a huge success with our son, who spent hours there every day. It added a lot to what was already a very enjoyable family vacation.
The breakfast and dinner teams deserve particular recognition. Service was consistently attentive, friendly and efficient, without ever feeling forced. More broadly, every interaction - from the doormen to housekeeping - was warm, genuine and welcoming. It's rare to find such consistency across an entire property.
Thank you to everyone at Grand Hyatt Dubai for making our stay so enjoyable. We'll certainly be back.

Excellent
Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. Staff were very freindly and attentive to all our needs. Calvin and his team went above and beyond for us at breakfast and even surprised us with a farewell cake which was a beautiful gesture. Will definitely come back again to stay in the future and would highly recommend to others. Spa facilities were excellent too.
Outstanding hospitality and great service
I had a wonderful experience at Panini Café in Grand Hyatt Dubai, thanks to our waiter, Amrish. He was warm, attentive, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. His excellent service, friendly attitude, and attention to detail made my visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Amrish, for your outstanding hospitality—I look forward to coming back!
