⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Home Away From Home – Grand Hyatt Dubai
Once again, we had an excellent stay at Grand Hyatt Dubai. The accommodation, service, cleanliness and hospitality were exceptional, as always. We have stayed here many times, and the consistently high standard of service is why we continue to return.
For our family, Grand Hyatt Dubai has become much more than just a hotel — it genuinely feels like our second home.
A very special mention has to go to my daughter, Manal. She loves Grand Hyatt Dubai so much that whenever we come to Dubai, she does not want to stay at any other hotel. She feels comfortable, happy and at home here, and as a parent, that means a great deal to me.
A very special thank you to Mr Atif, the Front Desk Manager. His kindness, professionalism and personal attention are a major reason we have become regular guests. He always goes above and beyond for our family and makes us feel genuinely welcomed and valued every time we arrive. Mr Atif is a real credit to Grand Hyatt Dubai.
Special thanks also to Rohan for always being so helpful, professional and welcoming.

Their service is always fantastic. They are friendly, attentive and caring, and they make every breakfast and meal enjoyable for our whole family. They remember us, welcome us warmly and always make sure we have everything we need.
I would also like to give a very special thank you to the entire Housekeeping Team. The cleanliness and attention to detail throughout our stay were outstanding. Our rooms were always beautifully maintained, fresh and comfortable. Their hard work, kindness and professionalism do not go unnoticed, and they play a very important part in making our stays so comfortable and enjoyable.
The beautiful hotel and facilities are certainly reasons to visit, but the people are the main reason we keep coming back. When the staff remember you, take care of your family and make your children feel happy and at home, that is something very special.

Exceptional Hospitality and Outstanding Service
Grand Hyatt Dubai was exceptionally welcoming overall. The rooms were spacious, with plenty of dining options and a wide variety of in-house entertainment, including a water park that is perfect for families with children. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming.
I would particularly like to recognise the following team members, who were exceptionally caring and went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after in every aspect of our stay: Adi, Kumar, Akshat, Rabia, Chanchais, and Sugumar. Their warmth, attentiveness, and excellent service truly made our experience even more memorable.

Staycation, will be back !
Great staycation with kids, everything flowed well and all enjoyed it. Fair value for a great few days, comfortable and very clean accommodation, plus a fun water park.

I really have a very nice experience spending my time here in grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi… I wanted to recognize Talemwa at the lex bar who is very generous and kind.. he anticipates all my needs and made my experience unforgettable thanks to him will differently come back to this place
Amazing Hotel and Staff
Fantastic family friendly hotel with extremely professional aswell as friendly staff who always interacted with the children aswell as made every breakfast/dinner experience personal to you. The staff here simply could not do enough for you and we will definitely be returning.
