The ROOM smells an awful SMOKE first thing i step inside the room..I went down immediately to the reception, thought she gave me a SMOKING room. Ask her if she can transfer me to a NON SMOKING ROOM since i came earlier from check-in time. Yet she said firmly that it is a NON smoking area. She also asked her Indian receptionist for my request but there were NO reaction at all to the request. Obviously, they cant do anything about it.Then OK, since you Checked me In earlier than 2pm..I am Fine! Went up again, i saw all each door room signage a NON SMOKING ROOM.Perharps, the whole floor is a NON smoking room.
While staying inside the room, i wore my facemask all night while sleeping because we all know a secondhand smoker are more in danger. Additionally, there was a BAR i heard from the top floor until 4am which I can hear from my room that made me realized where the SMOKE IS COMING FROM. Because they have centralized air conditioned circulating to the whole building.. Unpleasant stay and not recommended for NON smoker.
I honestly don’t understand how this place can even be called a hotel. Our experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. The level of cleanliness, service, and professionalism was far below even basic hospitality standards.
The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with a strong smell and visible signs of neglect. The environment was noisy and chaotic, making it impossible to rest. We learnt that there were 3 discotheques in the building. What shocked us even more was the apparent use of very young staff members, almost as if children were being exploited to assist as concierges.
Do not recommend at all!
When i entered with my wife the 2 indian girls were respection to got 105 derham for tax but only 102 derham thdy wanted to keep my passport for 3 derham .i have usdollar .this behavor was very nastly. There is a disco in hotel and this place work untill 4 ocolock next morning during one week i was there i couldnot sleep very troucher. The break fast desk usually was old not fresh especially water melon and friut. And based on indian food with cheilly.
Dirty room.bed was too small. Pillows and blanket terrible.noisy hotel.up to 4 am you can hear music and you cant sleep even 1 hour. Poor location.poor and lomited breakfast. Not even a normal tea and coffee for breakfast
A poor 3* at best. Reception staff very helpful but the quality is old and tired. Outside noise from the balcony door is appalling, sounds like it is open. Doesn’t help you’re the flight path either. If you want to sleep, do not stay here. The nightclubs scattered over the lower floors go on until 3-4am. Even on the top floor it is loud and constant. Location is ok if you’re staying for an overnight. On the plus side, the bar is ok, decent range of sensibly priced drinks and the food is average.
