Shankar the house keeping supervisor was very professional and make my stay and transition from the deluxe room to the apartment very pleasant. Also would like to mention Gilbert who is always very pleasant and polite it’s always nice to see him at the lobby. These two gentlemen are an asset to your hotel
Great location, but not worth 4 stars – outdated and moldy
Great location, but not worth 4 stars – outdated and moldy! On the positive side, the hotel's location is excellent, and the staff was okay. I did not have breakfast during my 9-night stay. Unfortunately, the negative aspects outweighed the positives: the building is very outdated and urgently needs a complete renovation. A major issue was the lack of cleanliness – we found mold in the bathroom. For a 4-star hotel, this is simply not enough; the accommodation feels more like a 2-3-star property.

Housekeeping is great. Shankar has been really helpful. We have a friend who's also a staff and it's great that she invited us here. Reception is good as well. Amenities are great. Pool being open until night time is a selling point. Home away from home.
