Close to airport (20 minutes taxi), close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall (10 minutes on metro), Metro access within walking distance so excellent to explore Dubai, very good onsite restaurants Charles's &Purani Dilli, very good breakfast with nice service and plenty of choice, large room with huge bed, modern bathroom, safe, coffee & tea, very clean, great view, rooftop pool, lovely staff (reception, restaurants, housekeeping), price reasonable, . Basically an excellent choice!
We had a great stay here in mid February. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We paid for breakfast each morning and it provided us with an amazing start to the day - fresh baked goods, many different types of hot food as well as fruit, yogurt, salads, juices of all sorts, coffees of all types, etc. We rarely had lunch as a result. The rooftop bar area is a very nice place for a cocktail and snacks. We did not use the pool or gym or spa so can't comment on those amenities. Location was good and taxis were always available.
The stay was great. The room was clean, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming like literally ALL. What I liked the most was the food at Purani Restaurant, it was absolutely the best. Even the breakfast fried rice was delicious and one of the highlights of my stay.
Let me start with this, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had in Dubai. Poor service, lack of organization, understaffing, and unprofessional management completely ruined the first day of our family Eid holiday. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The duty manager on that night was not the right manager to represent Sheraton/ Marriott. She needs to go through a proper hospitality training on how to deal with customers. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially during Eid, which was meant to be a special family holiday. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel was severely overbooked and completely understaffed. The level of service was far below what anyone would expect, especially for a hotel claiming to meet Dubai’s 4-star standards.
The waiting times throughout the hotel were unacceptable. We had to wait nearly 15 minutes every single time for the elevators, and valet service took more than 30 minutes just to retrieve our car. The hotel simply did not have enough staff to handle the number of guests.
At check-in, we paid extra for an additional bed for our child. Despite repeated follow-ups, the bed was never delivered until almost 11 PM, which is completely unreasonable for a family traveling with children. I personally had to visit reception three separate times just to make this happen because nobody answered the operator calls. By the time the bed finally arrived, it had already disrupted our entire evening.
The situation became even worse when we started exploring the possibility of shortening our stay from two nights to one due to how bad the experience was. We only asked whether a refund for the second night might be possible. Shockingly, before we had even confirmed any decision or arranged an alternative, the duty manager, went ahead and cancelled our booking without our approval. This was incredibly unprofessional and irresponsible.
What made the experience even more upsetting was the complete lack of empathy or willingness to help from the manager herself. It was obvious we were extremely unhappy and frustrated, yet instead of trying to resolve the situation, her response was defensive and dismissive. At one point, she even told me, “Do not point your finger at my face,” while I was simply expressing frustration over the terrible situation the hotel had put us in. Rather than focusing on solving the issue, she seemed more concerned about that moment than the fact that our family holiday had been ruined.
I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, while celebrating my birthday. The room was spacious and offered a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa and the Museum of the Future. I especially loved the balcony, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The front desk team surprised me with a birthday cake and a handwritten card wishing me a happy birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made my celebration feel even more special. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to assist. I would especially like to thank Ivan, whom I met at the lobby/front desk entrance. He was truly exceptional and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for throughout my stay. His warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression and added something truly memorable to my birthday experience.
I would also like to thank Gusti, who handled my check-in. He was welcoming, friendly, and made the entire arrival process smooth and pleasant. His kindness and attentiveness set the perfect tone from the very beginning.
Thank you to Ivan, Gusti, and the entire team for making my birthday stay so memorable. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.
