What a lovely Hotel.
Service is 5 star. Mahegh served us for breakfast. What a lovely gentleman. He couldn’t do enough to assist us and make our stay comfortable.
I would recommend the Fairmont hotel. The surroundings, service and atmosphere is second to none.
Carmie at Cafe Pronto!
Me and my husband went to Cafe Pronto and we were served by Carmie. She was so welcoming and smiling. Food was amazing.
The hotel is lovely and very refreshing as you enter.

Amazing hotel
Robin was exceptional at breakfast time
Exceptional hospitality, good views and well located.
Had a great experience at Cascades for breakfast, the food quality matched our expectations. The staff had good energy,
Peace showed us hospitality, warmly welcomed and consistently checked for our satisfaction and possible wants.

A very special hotel in Dubai.
The service during our stay Wass fantastic. All the staff were outstanding and and very personable. Thank you to Mahesk who was very attentive at breakfast and helped us with our questions about our stay.
