Great location and value for money
Room was alright - the bed was amazing. The location is great. Service was great - especially Ishaq at concierge.
Amazing Staff
Alonso was very helpful and understood my request and extended my check out time from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. The entire staff was very friendly either it was the room service people, Porters, staff for morning breakfast, door men or even barbar. Had an amazing experience with this hotel.
Wonderful experience
Many thanks to Magdy and Ibrahim for assisting us. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, comfortable, and offered all the amenities needed for a relaxing and luxurious experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa from our room. The staff were warm, courteous, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The cleanliness, comfort, and overall ambience were excellent. The location is another big advantage, with easy access to Dubai's key attractions and shopping destinations.
