Amazing experience!
Beautiful location with a nice atmosphere! Our room had a balcony with a great view. The pool has a beautiful view as well. All very clean, the room as well as the common areas, I was happily surprised! Last but not least, wonderful people work there, very caring and they pay attention to every detail. I really enjoyed my stay there, I happily recommend!

A Memorable Birthday Stay with Stunning Views and Amazing Hospitality
We stayed at Damac Maison Distinction to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and our family had such a lovely experience.
Before our stay, I had one special request. I asked if they could display a birthday greeting for my mom on the TV. Unfortunately, they couldn’t accommodate that, but they surprised us with a beautifully decorated bed and a birthday greeting instead. It was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly meant so much to us.
A big thank you to Mohammed at Reception for welcoming us with such a warm smile. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived, and we were so happy to find out we’d been assigned a room on the 50th floor.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and had an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa. The private terrace was definitely one of our favorite features. We spent a lot of time there just enjoying the view. Having a refrigerator in the master bedroom was also a nice little bonus.
Whenever we needed anything, Suliman from Housekeeping was quick to help. Breakfast was delivered to our room by Listowel and Jayani, and they were both so cheerful that they instantly brightened our morning. The breakfast was delicious too, with plenty of options for everyone.
The only issue we had was with the air conditioning. We mentioned it as soon as we arrived, a technician came almost immediately. He advised us to keep the balcony door closed, which we did, but the living room still didn’t get as cool as we expected. The bedrooms were comfortable, but in Dubai’s summer heat, we found the living area a bit warm at times.
That small issue aside, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. What stood out the most wasn’t just the room or the view. It was the people. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and eager to help. Those little acts of thoughtfulness made my mom’s birthday celebration even more special.
We’ll definitely look back on this trip with happy memories, and we’d be more than happy to stay here again.
P.S. Yes, these are check-out photos! 😅 We only remembered to take pictures after packing our bags. Safe to say the room looked far more Instagram-worthy when we first arrived.
