Great experience
Room Service was great ( Laxmi and Yunis) did a great job every time. Location is perfect and 10 minutes walk to Burj Khalifa. The apartment has every thing. The only negative thing is the noise of the street, I can hear every sport car on the street. I prefer the apartment to be facing the canal side.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Dubai
I had an exceptional stay at DAMAC Maison Canal Views and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. One of the highlights was the stunning Burj Khalifa view, especially at night when the skyline comes alive with lights. The location is fantastic, with Dubai Mall within walking distance, making shopping, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient.
The hotel is also perfectly situated near the Dubai Water Canal, where you can enjoy relaxing canal rides and beautiful waterfront views right behind the property. Marina Park nearby offers a peaceful place to walk, relax, and enjoy the outdoors.
Another pleasant surprise was the variety of dining options in the area, including Puzatic, a wonderful Russian restaurant that serves delicious food and adds to the international charm of the neighborhood.
What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the outstanding staff. A special thank you to Mr. Khalid at reception for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service. I would also like to recognize Security Supervisor Kalimullah and Thomas at the ground floor entrance for their friendly attitude, attentiveness, and commitment to guest safety and comfort. They always greeted guests with a smile and made everyone feel welcome.
DAMAC Maison Canal Views offers the perfect combination of comfort, location, breathtaking views, and exceptional hospitality. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Dubai.

I had a wonderful stay at DAMAC Maison Canal Views and was impressed by its excellent location, comfort, and hospitality. The hotel offers stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and is within walking distance of Dubai Mall, making it easy to enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful Dubai Water Canal behind the hotel, where I could take relaxing canal rides, stroll through Marina Park, and use the electric scooters available nearby to explore the area. The location also provides convenient access to some of Dubai’s most famous attractions, including the beautiful Dubai Miracle Garden, as well as excellent dining options such as the popular Russian restaurant Puzatic. A special thank you to Mr. Khalid at reception, Security Supervisor Kalimullah, Thomas at the ground floor entrance, and the valet team for their professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding service, which made my stay even more memorable. DAMAC Maison Canal Views offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, breathtaking views, and exceptional hospitality, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

Short stay ,but i felt premium .lobby all clean modern .obaid helped with luggage at 5am. Service that actually cares.

Excellent stay! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Great location, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
