Sahoo was amazing. Took care of the housekeeping very well. Hotel has all the facilities and the staff are really nice. The place is really good as well.
Convenient and Comfortable
Copthorne is a ver nice and comfortable hotel very close to the Dubai International Airport. It was very convenient for me to commute to other places from the hotel. The rooms have been kept very neat and special mention to house keeping staff Sahoo and Soumen(Apologies if spelling is wrong). The breakfast is good with multiple options.
Great stay and great choice
Staying in Copthorne hotel is a great choice to stay for 7 days. The hotel is clean, the satff arw very friendly w/ good attitude. Our room is on the 10th floor used to stay in the 2nd but I requested to change to 10th floor for a better view. We are facing city view. Where i can witness sunrise everyday and witness the moonlight while relaxing. The mall and metro is near and can walk for 5 min max. The housekeeping staff ( SAHOO ) who clean our room is very nice, always have a smile on his face and some positive attitude. All in all the experience is great.
