We also appreciate Mr. Denzil, Mr. Engin, Mr. Fareed, Mr. Hussien, Ms. Margaret, Mr. Wael, and Mr. Youssif for their kindness and genuine dedication. The Front Desk team: Buket, M. Hares, Phu, Jason, Abil, Shradhanjali, Aicha, Lydia, Jenika, Liza, and Febronia delivers consistently warm and professional service, reflecting excellent leadership. At the Executive Lounge, we congratulate Filipe on his remarkable growth, and thank Kavia, Andrea, Iryna, and Evelina for their outstanding work. Our gratitude also goes to Zan, Francis, Hannah, Lei, Arisma, and Peshala for their thoughtful and attentive service. We deeply appreciate the lounge chefs, especially Chef Avita, along with Chef Lourds, Chef Manoj, Chef Monty, and Chef Pradeep. The talented pastry chefs: Chef Anandh, Chef Ashan, Chef Sahil, and Chef MD, created exquisite and artistic amenities that we truly loved. At Isla, Ms. Jenny and her team: Wasana, Sneha, Ankita, Thisar, Sumon, and Pho Pho, offer a refined and consistently exceptional experience. The work of Chef Proveen Kumar, Chef Joyson, and Chef Sahil elevates every visit with creativity and artistry. Breakfast at Ballaroo has reached a new level thanks to Chef Marcus and his team: Chef Martin, Chef Uber, Chef Elson, and Chef Roy, together with Shakil, Jasbir, Candy, George, Akhaliza, Ruth, Mose, Whitney, and Honey. The service led by Mr. Faheed, along with Ms. Novi, Diem, Kaouter, Fransisca, Mamun, Riya, Daniel, Vikani, Memo, Purnina, Bhargavi, Sarvesh, Peter, Vey, Ray, Zeeshan, Juli, and the baristas Rubel, Rodolfo, and Rodelle, was impeccable. We want to warmly mention Anila, whose personal and professional growth we have had the joy of witnessing, and Divine, Myint Mo, and Roshani for their exceptional talent and dedication. The Bliss hostesses, May and Zarina, bring warmth and organization to the pool area. The spa team: Jenina, Keingam, Kim, Iriana, Ayumi, Made, and Dina, led by Ms. Chongpi, always welcomes us with kindness and professionalism. Our thanks also to Mr. Saquib, Ms. Jenna, Khin, Hatsa, and Moe for their excellent housekeeping work. The bellmen team: Nilantha, Ali, Joseph, Billy, Raja, Afzal, Roel, David, Muzamil, Bahar, Naseem, and Ijaz (concierge)together with Mr. Badawi, Felix, and the entrance team, make every arrival and departure smooth and pleasant.
