I had a wonderful stay at Citymax hotel Business Bay Area and would like to especially commend Pooja at the front desk and the entire housekeeping team for their outstanding service. Pooja was consistently helpful, attentive, and professional throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and well taken care of. Kudos to the housekeeping guys too. Awesome experience!
