Outstanding Hospitality from Front Desk
Had a great stay at Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai! A special thank you to Nandu and Anu at the front desk; they were incredibly welcoming, polite, and made both check-in and check-out completely seamless. Their warm attitude and quick assistance with all our requests really made our trip comfortable.

Experience is good Nandu is quite helpful and kind from the beginning of my stay.
Also the restaurants are good. Plus the coffee shop is amazing.

Good budget friendly hotel in Dubai
Staying at Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai was a wonderful experience! The hotel offers great value, clean and modern rooms, excellent food, and a top-notch location close to everything in Dubai. However, what truly made our stay special was Nandu! From the moment we checked in, Nandu went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He is exceptionally polite, humble, always smiling, and extremely efficient in his work. His warm hospitality and professional approach made us feel right at home.
