I am staying here for a 2 weeks for business trip. As this hotel is near Difc and metro, the location is so nice. And every staffs (thanks to (RAPHAEL, DEYYISH, BEK) are very kind and professional. I totally recommends this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at Carlton Downtown Hotel in Dubai. The location is perfect, very close to the metro and central attractions, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.
What really made my experience special was the amazing staff. I would especially like to thank Raphael, who was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. His positive attitude and willingness to assist made me feel very welcome and truly valued as a guest.
The entire team was friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and I will definitely come back again!

Nice place, nice staff
Nice place. Very friendly staff. I remember the names of Abdul and Sobhy at the lobby, but all the other staff were also very nice and helpful. Room was good, well maintained, with all necessary amenities.
