We booked a safari tour from the hotel. And it was soooo great—we had a really good time. Our driver, Dastgeer, is a kind, nice man. He’s very personable, calm, and helpful. We had a wonderful time. A big thank you to him. We’re so glad he accompanied us❤️
Our Driver Dastgeer was very friendly and professional
The hotel was really nice and the breakfast was nice. Housekeeping took really good care of us and some of the staff in front office were nice. However they have a travel desk which didn’t deliver the best service for our desert safari. We were given a package in which upon delivery it didn’t look like a package. It looked haphazard and nothing was well put together. We were all over the place. Quad biking had to happen in the direction that was totally opposite to the camp. We were told we were going to get refreshments throughout the tour but the person who drove us around got us one sprite to share with my friend and 2 bottles of water. The camp he took us to wasn’t the best. I’ve been to desert safari before and I’ve had way better experiences than what I saw that day. I think they had to get the cheapest they could get. And to think that I had let go of a service which I knew was going to deliver something better than what we ended up getting. The travel desk lady however asked for feedback but there was nothing to do about it. The hotel on its own is a good hotel. I had two front office gentlemen who treated us well. It’s only that I have forgotten their names.
