Would recommend, but I do have notes.
The staff did their best to deliver an amazing experience, but sometimes the room service was slow or didn’t deliver some items. The food is quite delicious though, specifically the pizza and sisig me and my comrades tried. My personal favorite is the iced tea. The pool was also nice, the accommodations were also more than I expected. Though note that the water temperature adjust doesn’t work, it was simmering vs boiling. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, the room itself was exquisite, just one of the seats in the bedroom was quite dusty when my comrade slapped it gently.

My first visit was great, especially thanks to the friendly and helpful Filipino receptionist who gave us a good suite rate and assisted us as much as he can.
Unfortunately, my second visit was different. While waiting for our room, I asked reception if there was anywhere we could relax, but I was told no directly. The staff didn’t mention that breakfast was being served at the hotel restaurant, so I went outside to find breakfast and only later discovered the restaurant was open. I didn’t feel welcomed. Better communication from reception would have made a difference.

I booked this hotel. The hotel was very good the service is very nice specially the manager who is sitting in the front desk (CALVIN) is very co-operative he understands the guest as a family member all the helper are very good but specially ABDUL and SUJEET. I will receommend everyone to must stay in this hotel whenever you visit DUBAI
Wonderful 2-Week Stay – Highly Recommend!
I recently stayed at the Avenue Hotel Dubai for more than two weeks, and I absolutely loved my time here! Staying anywhere for 15+ nights really lets you see how a hotel operates, and I can confidently say this place feels like a home away from home. What made my stay so great: Fantastic Location: Being right on Al Rigga Road made my long stay incredibly convenient. It is just a short walk to the Al Rigga Metro Station, making it seamless to explore the rest of Dubai. There are also endless dining options, supermarkets, and shops right on the doorstep. Great Amenities: The rooms are comfortable and spacious enough for a long-term stay. I especially enjoyed winding down at the rooftop pool, which offers fantastic views of the city skyline. Warm & Welcoming Service: The entire staff was consistently polite, attentive, and always greeted me with a smile. Special Note of Thanks: A huge shoutout goes to the Front Office Manager, Calvin Evans D . He truly went above and beyond to ensure my extended stay was seamless, comfortable, and memorable. His professionalism, leadership, and genuine hospitality made a massive difference, and it is clear he sets a wonderful standard for the whole team. Whether you are visiting Dubai for a few days or planning an extended stay like I did, the Avenue Hotel offers incredible value, comfort, and hospitality. I had an amazing experience and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!
