À pleasant stay at Avenue Hotel
I had a really pleasant stay at Avenue Hotel. The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to get around and access nearby restaurants, shops, and transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.
The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I also appreciated the good service and attention to detail.
Overall, Avenue Hotel offers a comfortable stay with good service and a convenient location. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others.
Hospitality of MR. Calvin
-This time I changed my stay from Hilton garden diera t Avenue diera hotel .. Last 10 yrs I stayed Hilton garden Deira only .. -This time I changed the hotel because if Mr Calvin .. He was earlier in Hilton now he is the front off Manger in Avenue diera . Because of his good hospitality I changed the hotel .
- this time hotel is good ambience and hospitality as usual Mr. Calvin given to me is very pleasant manner ... He is always excellent person to receive all customers in Smiling face .. I am very appearicate him now also .
- also pick up person from airport Mr. Nanda & Sujith ( very helpful till my checkout ) & Mr. Elmer and in restaurant Mr. Nigil , savika, Ragul,Irangi and chef Mr. Surya & Ismail finally the booking Person mr. sandeep all very given good hospitality to me ..
A Place to Unwind, Create and Find Inspiration 💚
Since 2018, The Avenue Hotel has been one of my favorite places to unwind and draw inspiration - whether I’m writing music or poetry, working on choral arrangements, or simply taking time to recharge.
The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and I especially love the beautiful bathtub, where I can relax, soothe tired muscles, and enjoy listening to soft music after a long day. The hospitality has always been wonderful. From the concierge and reception team to the rest of the hotel staff, everyone makes you feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of.
Another thing I appreciate is its convenient location in the heart of Deira. It is easily accessible by taxi and bus, and especially convenient for those using the Dubai Metro. With shopping malls, restaurants, and other establishments nearby, getting around and finding almost everything you need is easy.
The entertainment outlets also offer something for every mood. Whether you prefer listening to soft music, watching a live band, enjoying a casual jam session, or singing your heart out on the big projector screen, there’s always something to enjoy.
And of course, the food deserves a special mention. Whether dining at Manhattan, Manila 21, or 49ers, there are plenty of delicious choices to complete the experience.
After all these years, this place remains more than just somewhere I stay - it has become one of those familiar spaces where I can relax, create, find inspiration, and simply enjoy some much-needed “me time.” 💚

I booked two bedrooms and a living room, and we were wonderfully upgraded to a much larger and more spacious suite, which made my family and me very happy.I would like to thank all the staff at the hotel for their excellent service, with a special thanks to the manager, Calvin, for his kindness and great hospitality.Highlights of the stay:Breakfast: Complete, delicious, and offered a great variety.Beds: Extremely comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep.Cleanliness: The rooms and the entire hotel were very clean, neat, and upscale.I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again!
A HOME TJAT EVERYBODY WILL LOVE
I would write a book to share my view,...all i can say is if you need comfort, a better staycation Avenue hotel is the place. How they welcome you, the decent attractive rooms that makes you feel like a boss!😁 Wait talk of the swimming pool. Very clean amd peaceful.
