Not a good experience
I have been to this hotel many times but this time I noticed that the staff is not very friendly. Although they renovated the hotel partially but the look is still old. Curtains looks so bad and lighting in the room also very poor. Also they need to improve the breakfast quality as well. Another thing, if you want to call them either from outside or use the room phone at reception or room service, more than 90% chances that they don’t bother to pick up the phone and let you keep dialing again and again. And when you complain them, they never accept responsibility. They will always try to throw the blame on customers that their phone is always available. Really annoying

Excellent stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was great, and the staff were very friendly. Special appreciation to the manager for being so helpful and professional. Had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!
