Not a good experience
I have been to this hotel many times but this time I noticed that the staff is not very friendly. Although they renovated the hotel partially but the look is still old. Curtains looks so bad and lighting in the room also very poor. Also they need to improve the breakfast quality as well. Another thing, if you want to call them either from outside or use the room phone at reception or room service, more than 90% chances that they don’t bother to pick up the phone and let you keep dialing again and again. And when you complain them, they never accept responsibility. They will always try to throw the blame on customers that their phone is always available. Really annoying

Dark room, uncomfortable beds
Tired and run down. Single beds were thin, saggy and uncomfortable. Very dark room and dingy. Not particularly friendly hotel staff, tour desk staff only interested in taking your money. For the money there are much better options available.

Disappointing stay at Arabian Courtyard and Spa
"I was very disappointed with my stay at the Arabian Courtyard. The biggest issue is the cleanliness—the carpets were filthy and the entire property feels like it’s in desperate need of a total revamp. Between the lack of hygiene and the dated decor, the rooms felt very claustrophobic and uncomfortable. While the breakfast was okay and provided a decent start to the day, it wasn't enough to make up for the poor state of the facilities. I wouldn't recommend staying here until they address these maintenance and cleaning concerns."
