Great Hotel, Great service.
My experience with aloft was really amazing. Very conveniently located close to the airport right in the city centre mall. Very comfortable bedding. Breakfast was really good. Nice varieties. But one stand out the best 10/10 is the staff. Very service oriented, caring and humble. Special shout to the morning breakfast team namely bahar which for me is a great example of proactive and caring service, Tejesh for the great tea and Archie for always having this beautiful smile ensuring all guests are serviced. Keep up the amazing work.

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the whole experience. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. I would especially like to thank Subhan Ali for his exceptional hospitality and attention. My birthday took place during our stay, and he went above and beyond to make it special. He beautifully decorated the room and created surprise for me. It was a very thoughtful gesture that made my birthday even more memorable. Thank you, Subhan Ali, for your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. It is people like you who make a hotel stay truly special. I had a fantastic experience and would be very happy to stay here again!
Exceptional stay at Aloft Marriott Dubai Creek
I had a great 19 nights stay at Aloft Marriott Dubai Creek which was my home away from home while I was in Dubai. Aloft Marriott Dubai Creek is now my most favorite hotel in Dubai next to JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. Definitely will stay again.
• Ms. Dragana and Jithin ensured my safety and that my stay was comfortable. They also listened and handled well my complaints and ensured that it will never happen again. I really appreciate their support to me and Im very much happy about my stay because of them. They made my stay memorable.
• Mohamed, Hany, Ahmed of the Front Desk were very supportive from the time of my check in until my check out. They showed utmost professionalism and support with a smile always on their face.
• Edamon of the Front Desk also helped me with my TV concern when it broke down and even sent me a follow up message to ask if its been fixed or not. Thats really an exceptional service which I really appreciate.
• Chef Bilal was the best and very nice man which he prepared my breakfast very well and organized. I really like Bilal’s poached egg with toasted breadI also want to express my thanks to Chef Rijfat and the Kitchen Supervisor for arranging my breakfast beyond exception.
• Hussain and Bahar from the Kitchen were also the best especially Hussain who was their for me everytime I went down for breakfast until my check out. Very nice staff and highly commendable.
• Rajab and Naveed were amazing and lovely too. Rajab helped me during my checkin last Dec 2025 and again now on Sept 9, 2026. Naveed also supported me well during my room transfer last Sept 10.
• Rakeesh and Yusi of the Housekeeping team were also the best. They ensured my trash were collected daily, my bottled water were replaced, and my linens were also changed.

Udeshi
Stayed at this hotel most of September. Very consistant service. Good check-in, quick and friendly. Loved the room, high floor, Creek Views. Great gym and swimming pool. Breakfast has a good variety. Nice greeting daily by Archie, who smiled through everything! Udeshi was helpful, and made sure I was looked after. The chefs interacted with the guests and made sure everthing was available. I found all the staff I encountered friendly and well presented. This hotel is part of the Deira City Centre and very convenient.
