Very good service , reception desk, and especially want to thank concierge guys and housekeeping staff. Especially Kamal, he did job very good, cleaned the dishes and i know we with kids made room really messy , besides he made swan out of towel, that my daugter wanted to take it home . Thank you
Our stay was wonderful and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and offered a great start to each day. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop pool. We loved starting our mornings with a refreshing swim while enjoying the beautiful atmosphere and views. Overall, it was a memorable experience and we would gladly stay here again.
The staff make this hotel into an enjoyable place to stay. Mhar in the restaurant and Imran who looked after our room are two special people who are exceptionally good at knowing how to look after the guests. Moon at reception too. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to learn the names of all the other staff, but they all were very nice and helpful.
However, I do have a couple of problems with the way the hotel is doing a couple of things. Firstly, I understand that the buffet menu is international but the food although cooked well and edible is the strangest mix. Sometimes the main dishes don't go together enough to make a normal meal. I have eaten some strange food combinations for breakfast and dinner simply because it was easier than looking for elsewhere to eat. For example if you're going to have chilli con carne you wouldn't want to eat mutton biriani with it. I think that was one of the combinations on offer but highlights the type of choices available. Also, communal foods become inedible when they are at child height. Children pick things up with their hands and then put them back. All communal dishes should always have a cover over them not only because of children but because of flys which unfortunately are in the restaurant. Why not have individual jams and yoghurt? It would be more hygienic. Secondly, I realise that all hotels provide some entertainment. But when loud music can be heard in the rooms until 3am or live broadcast cricket matches until 10pm it seems that the paying guests are creating less revenue than the pubs on site. Its a shame the sound proofing isn't better because when the decor is indicative of a loft, the sounds from around the hotel seem louder. I hope someone reads this and thinks about my stay. Which as I said was alright but could have been better. Thank goodness for the hard working staff!
