Thoughtful and personal service
We had a wonderful day at this hotel. Very warm and thoughtful service throughout from the breakfast area, Concierge, spa etc.
The suite was extremely spacious. A special shout out to Isaac who received us when we arrived and every time thereafter when we showed up at the front porch.
The only room for improvement is in the water pressure in the showers. Hot water takes a very long time and water pressure is weak.
All told, it was an extremely comfortable and good day.
Al Habtoor palace stay
The hotel was very good and the rooms are spacious and grand. Enjoyed our stay. Since the hotel is very close to V hotel, we also took this opportunity to see La Perle show. A special thanks Mr. Shakoor who made sure our room was cleaned up quickly and surprised us daily with towel origami to welcome us back to room in the evening.

Exceptional Hospitality from Dorothy
I had a wonderful experience during breakfast and Dorothy Khey was an excellent hostess. She was warm, friendly and incredibly attentive to every detail. Her smile and helpful attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. Her professionalism and genuine hospitality truly stood out. I wish her every success in her career in the hospitality industry. She is a real asset to the team!

Great Stay & Excellent Breakfast Service
My stay at the hotel was very pleasant from start to finish. The breakfast had a good variety and the service was great. Dorothy deserves a special mention for being so welcoming, friendly and attentive during breakfast. She was always smiling, helpful, and made sure my guests were comfortable. Small things like that really make a difference during a hotel stay. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely consider coming back 100%.
