Best view of Burj Khalifa
I came to have the best view of Burj Khalifa, excellent view in the afternoon and in the evening. Service is very good and the price is affordable with delicious food and very nice and clean pool. Ragesh and the entire team are so kind and helpful. I definitely suggest anyone to have that experience.
Disappointed
i visited Address Sky View mainly to enjoy coffee and the hotel atmosphere, but unfortunately the experience left me disappointed.
what bothered me most was the way i was treated and the questions i was asked about where i work and what my job is. as a guest, i found those questions quite personal and unnecessary, especially when i was simply there to enjoy a coffee.
i also felt that the communication regarding the minimum spend and where i could sit was not handled very well. supposed to be inform first before i ordered, but once i have the menu i got the explanation, i understand that hotels may have different policies for different areas, but i believe these should be communicated clearly and respectfully to every guest.
i visited because i appreciate beautiful hotels and good hospitality, so i was hoping for a welcoming experience. unfortunately , i left feeling uncomfortable rather than valued as a guest. i hope the management can look into how these situations are handled, because hospitality should make guests feel welcome regardless of their background or occupation.
this is not my first time to visit here , but this experience make me don't want to comeback again ..

An Exceptional Hotel Experience: It was all in the little details!
Without a doubt, this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at worldwide! Our room offered a breathtaking view, and the pool view was equally stunning. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality and attention to detail throughout the entire hotel.
A special thank you goes to Ragesh and the entire pool team. They were incredibly attentive, caring, and genuinely committed to making uns and every guest feel comfortable. We also noticed how seamlessly the team communicated and coordinated to deliver such excellent service. It was a pleasure to witness this level of teamwork and dedication!
What impressed us most, however, was the sum of all the little things that made such a big difference. Water, sunscreen and after-sun lotion are thoughtfully provided by the pool. After our room was cleaned, everything was perfectly arranged, even my phone charging cables had been neatly tied together! These may seem like small gestures, but they demonstrate an extraordinary level of care and attention to detail.
Another thoughtful touch I particularly appreciated was the little hook beneath the room's key card reader, allowing guests to hang their handbags while searching for their room key. Such a simple yet brilliant idea!
I would also like to highlight Khaled, who welcomed us with such warmth, grace, and genuine hospitality at the hotel´s entry area. He made us feel truly welcome from the very beginning. I loved the small coffee offered with the date.
Beautiful hotels can be found all over the world, but what makes a hotel truly unforgettable is its people, their dedication, and the genuine care they put into every little detail. Thank you to Ragesh, Khaled, and the entire team at the breakfast/dinner/reception for making our stay so memorable. You have set an exceptionally high standard for hospitality, and we would love to return!

Infinity pool from movie, super amazing staff
Ragesh life guard was very kind and professional following all safety standards. The place is amazing and staff is super helpful. Gorgeous infinity rooftop and best place in Dubai for a swim ! Great sunbed ! Hollywood movie expeiejce
