Perfect 2 day stay at this amazing hotel!!
My husband , son and I stayed at the Address Sky View as part of a 2 day stay/transit through Dubai before heading to Bali. I can honestly say this hotel as exceeded my expectations. It was the perfect location, with easy access for walks to the Mall and down town via the air conditioned corridors. The one thing that has particularly stood out is the service. By far some of the best service I've ever experienced in any hotel. The hotel staff can't do enough for you. Nothing is too much and everyone seems happy and ready to help. We arrived early around 7am and the hotel was able to get one of our rooms ready sooner which was a savior as we had barely slept on the flight and we're able to get a quick nap in.
The views from rooftop infinity pool are just out of this world. Not like anywhere I've ever stayed before. Service around the pool is spot on. Big shout out to Ragesh who was so friendly and attended to my husband when he had cut his finger. He and and his colleagues were so attentive and made is feel really welcome.
Whilst we here we visited the mall and some local restaurants. I had planned to maybe see a bit more but if I'm honest I enjoyed the hotel so much, I was quite happy relaxing here.
Oh and not to forget. The beds are probably the most comfiest beds and pillows I have ever slept on. I normally struggle with either the pillow or mattress in any hotel I stay in, but not here. Pure bliss.

Infinite pool
I stayed in room 1502 and the life guard raggesh was very friendly and helpful he went out his way to assist me and my pregnant wife It was a good stay

I had a wonderful experience at Address Sky View Alto Pool. The atmosphere was stunning, the pool area was beautifully maintained, and the views were absolutely breathtaking.
A special thank you to Ragesh, who was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. He was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His warm attitude and excellent service truly enhanced the entire experience.
I highly recommend Address Sky View Alto Pool for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing day with exceptional service and amazing views. I will definitely be coming back!
