I always have amazing experience in the gym and miss Princess over there give us the best service and gym is always perfect and she is realy the best
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Poolside Service at JW Marriott Marina
We have had the most amazing time relaxing by the pool at the JW Marriott Marina, and a huge part of that has been the outstanding service from the pool bar team.
A special thank you to Pratik and Alfrin, who have looked after us throughout our stay. They were always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Their attention to detail, warm personalities, and excellent service made every visit to the pool even more enjoyable.
Whether it was bringing over drinks with a smile, recommending something new, or simply stopping for a chat, they made us feel valued and well looked after. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their positive attitude really stood out.
The pool itself is beautiful, with stunning views of Dubai Marina, comfortable loungers, and a relaxing atmosphere, but it’s the fantastic staff that truly make the experience five-star.
Thank you, Pratik and Alfrin, for making our holiday that little bit more special. You are a credit to the JW Marriott Marina, and we hope to see you again on our next visit! Highly recommended.
