⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional stay and outstanding team
This was not my first stay at the hotel, and once again, the experience was excellent from beginning to end.
The hotel itself is fantastic: beautiful and very comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast, a great pool, and a perfect location. Everything is designed to make the stay easy and enjoyable, and the overall quality is consistently high.
But what really makes a hotel memorable is its people.
A special mention to Adel ( from Egypt) at Reception, who was absolutely wonderful — professional, welcoming, attentive and always ready to help. These first and last interactions at reception make such a difference, and Adel represents the hotel beautifully.
I would also like to give a very special mention to Ayoub ( Algerian guy and he speaks French too ). This is now my third stay, and I have had the opportunity to see him working on several occasions. What continues to impress me is his exceptional attention to detail. He notices the little things, anticipates guests’ needs and is constantly aware of what is happening around him.
His professionalism feels very natural — never forced — and there is a genuine sense of hospitality in the way he works. He is one of those people you notice because he consistently goes that little bit further.
Having seen him during different stays, what impresses me most is the consistency. The same attention, the same professionalism and the same positive attitude every time. Ayoub is clearly someone with great potential, and I sincerely hope the hotel recognises and continues to develop his talent.
An excellent hotel in every respect, but above all, an excellent team that makes you want to come back.
Highly recommended, and I will definitely return.

Fantastic service and accommodation
Fantastic location and excellent service. I really enjoyed using the Harbour Bar at the hotel all of the staff in Harbour were incredible, Happy Hour until 6pm a big thank you to Shiraz. The hotel has a lovely buffet breakfast nothing was too much trouble. I particularly liked that the hotel is connected to one of the shopping malls and approximately 10-15 min walk to the beach area. Obviously the heat can determine how enjoyable your overall experience is. Hotel was around 30-40 min from the airport. I would suggest a harbour view room with a balcony.

JW Marriott Hotel Marina
From the first minute we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with very friendly staff who could do enough for us . The lovely gentleman Tushar Bhardwaj the duty manager was so helpful and so friendly. While we were waiting for our room Amany introduced herself and took the time to show us around the beautiful hotel . Our room and view was amazing it was just perfect . We would also like to give a big shout out to all the staff in the executive club were so helpful and kind and cannot thank them enough for making our stay a memorable one .These include Amany, Afsal, Mariam, Laxmi, Pramis and Shan. All of these staff members made us feel welcome and special . The food in the hotel was amazing , and the staff at breakfast were just amazing . We will be returning soon and would highly recommended this hotel . 10 out of 10
Great Hotel, great staff
Just had 5 nights at the JW MARRIOT at the marina. A really nice comfortable hotel in a great spot and right next to the mall for easy access to shops and restaurants without having to go outside. The rooms are nice and comfy and ours had fantastic views over the pool and the marina. The hotel was nice and quiet and by that I don't mean it wasn't busy just the rooms were peaceful and relaxing. The pool area is nice and big and importantly it is not shaded by any nearby buildings that happens in a lot of the other hotels around the marina. Probably the best thing about the hotel is the breakfast and the staff who work at breakfast. We stayed here last year for a few days and the staff remembered us. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much bother. All the staff we came in to contact with were helpful and polite especially the restaurant staff but by far the most helpful and friendly member of staff was Mujahid. If we are back in the area again we would have no hesitation in coming back to this hotel and hopefully Mujahid is on duty.

Exceptional Hospitality & Outstanding Facilities
We recently returned to JW Marriott Hotel Marina for the first time as a family, having stayed here previously when the hotel was still Address Marina. We had such fond memories of our previous stays, so we were really looking forward to coming back — and we can happily say we were not disappointed.
From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, professional and genuinely welcoming. What stood out most was how consistently the team went the extra mile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and there was a real sense that the staff genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The hotel itself was immaculate throughout. Our room was beautifully maintained, the communal areas were spotless, and everything felt fresh, clean and extremely well looked after. The overall atmosphere was calm, luxurious and welcoming, which made it especially enjoyable travelling with our family.
A huge thank you to Adnan, Santosh, Dineth, Jose, Geoffrey, Amany, Tushar, Adel and Suman, who all contributed to making our stay such a positive one.
A very special shoutout has to go to Adnan and Dineth. Both went above and beyond for us and really made our stay feel special. Their kindness, attentiveness and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed, and they are a real credit to the hotel.
It was lovely to return after the change from Address to JW Marriott and see that the same warmth and high standard of hospitality is still very much there. If anything, our experience this time felt even more memorable because we were returning as a family.
From the cleanliness and atmosphere to the outstanding service and attention to detail, we had a wonderful stay from start to finish.
Thank you again to the entire team for looking after us so well. We are already looking forward to returning in the future and would happily recommend JW Marriott Hotel Marina to anyone visiting Dubai.
