I own a unit in FV tower 1,management is so organized, Also Housekeeping is polite specifically gentleman Mr Rehman so neat, polite and perfect in his position and he is doing very well always

Excellent staff and pool
I recently visited Address Dubai Mall and it is absolutely beautiful — such a lovely and relaxing place for anyone to stay. I went with my two children, aged 4 and 5, and they always enjoy it here. I have visited a few times now, and every experience has been wonderful.
All the staff are fantastic, with an excellent, friendly, and professional manner. During our stay, we came across Akhil, who truly makes a huge difference to the hotel experience. He is ever so accommodating, always has a smile on his face, and assists guests to such a high standard.

Kids club
We visited the kids club in address dubai mall and itvwas nice experience .the agent ms.Assumpta was very attentive and my kid loved her because of her kind behavior .thank you Assumpta was the wonderful time .
housekeeping needs waking up
• the toothbrushes weren’t there • there was only one mouthwash • when i took the extra blanket from the wardrobe, i was met with dust • evening turn down service was missing • there were two bottles of water by the coffee machine but water bottles on the bedside tables were missing • the bellhop was very professional and accommodating • reception staff were hospitable • housekeeping department seems to lag behind
