Yahya and Sanjay are incredibly talented, polite and very professional people who make my stay unforgettable. People like them make this place very special and always help me and my family with any kind of issues. I truly believe they both deserve a promotion
THE ADDRESS DUBAI MALL HOTEL....ONLY PLACE TO STAY IN THE HEART OF DUBAI
If you are visiting Dubai....you MUST stay at the Address Dubai Mall Hotel. It's spectacular location which is highlighted by an underground walkway (all AC'd) to the largest mall in the world...The Dubai Mall.....but the view from our 18th floor room overlooking the fountains AND the Burj Khalifa well, there are no words. The hotel is underrated at 5 stars!. Service.... rooms, food, views.... OMG...this place has it all. Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay here....Both Anastasiia who runs the front of the house and her associate Khalifa who's at the front desk only added to the incredible stay we had here. COME TO DUBAI.....and enjoy this most magnificent property in the middle of it all. A no brainer.

As for maria
Maria was amazing she went out of her way to support me and my family and prepared something lovely for my son’s bday. Ask for her. Hotel was amazing we enjoyed everything about it.
The best Staff and amazing experience.
First and foremost I want to thank Maria , not very sure what dept she works but she handled my wife’s requests even from before we got to the hotel with my family , she went above and beyond and made sure we got the rooms we wanted that suited our family needs , she was quick to respond and was always ready to answer questions.. She even walked us into the elevator and made sure we were checked in on time - the 2 guys at the point of check in made sure everything was smooth even tho we had a big family to check in , we didn’t feel it at all.. the guys also from the concierge and every staff we came across was very helpful even to the valet guys - they made our stay really comfortable and the experience was generally great. at no point did we hear the word NO. They always tried to meet our needs and we definately will be coming back again as a family.. The hotel was really clean , I love the address smell and the rooms were really comfortable.. we loved it and the kids had a great time.. Thank you.
