Lovely experience with Vija, Aloo and Kennedy. Always attentive and on hand with any assitance needed. Clean and calm relaxing pool. Must visit when in Dubai. Love it here!
My Perfect stay at Address downtown hotel
We had a very good experience,it was hot but we liked the fact that our rooms had Aircons,the cleanliness was top notch,I loved how CHARIE,DINUSHAN and JUMA made sure our rooms were always clean,I liked there professionalism,respect and always there when we need there services and always made sure that our rooms were always clean... Address downtown hotel is in a very perfect location,I was able to view the Dubai mall,water fountain and the Burj khalifa and most of the surrounding builds and the view was perfect.. The atmosphere at the hotel was perfectly fine,and we did not experience any noise because the place is perfectly quiet and comfortable to relax and work... The other thing that made our stay so comfortable is that the works had respect for us and always made sure we weren't lacking anything not for getting the amenities and how quickly they were replaced when finished this is how we define a standard hotel.being in this hotel was amazing for us because the atmosphere was so welcoming and the services offered did not interface with our values.
