Phenomenal experience @ Address Downtown!
Always a fantastic experience at Address Downtown. The restaurant is amazing for breakfast too, Ibrahim is always smiling and punctual to customers. The pool is always very relaxing and a wonderful experience all throughout with an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa. Kehinde, Vijay, and Joseph are very attentive and super on top of their duties, always treat customers with professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended place and experience!

Disappointing experience
I’m a resident at Address Downtown and was very disappointed to learn that residents are now being charged AED 200 per person just to sit and dine in the lobby
We regularly spend AED 700–1,500 a day at the hotel, so this new charge feels unreasonable and unfair, especially for regular residents
I hope management reconsiders this policy, as it creates a negative experience and may make residents think twice about staying here in the future

Very disappointing experience for residents
I am a resident at Address Downtown, and unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. As a resident, I have never previously been required to pay simply to sit and have a meal in the lobby. However, a new policy now requires residents to pay AED 200 per person, which I find completely unreasonable.
What makes this even more frustrating is that we regularly spend between AED 700–1,500 every day at the hotel’s lobby. Despite being regular residents and high-spending customers, we are now being charged an additional fee just to sit and dine there.
This feels less like a policy designed to improve the guest experience and more like an attempt to generate additional revenue from existing residents. In my opinion, this is a very poor decision that will negatively affect the overall experience and could discourage people from choosing to stay at the property in the future.
I genuinely hope management reconsiders this policy and takes the feedback from residents seriously.
Very disappointing. I would not recommend staying at this hotel under these circumstances.
House keeping
The cleaning was nice and ontime thanks Shourzov and hadi!
Pool
The pool was great everyone was friendly but unfortunately the front desk at the hotel did not pick the phone up and we called from 8:30am to 11:am till they picked up but that’s separate from the pool and the pool staff they were the best
