Back in Downtown — perfectly placed for Dubai Mall
We returned to Address Downtown for a short two-night stay, with two accommodations on different floors.
There is an ease to staying here that we appreciated again. The hotel is elegant, comfortable and extremely well located, but one of its greatest advantages for us is the direct connection to Dubai Mall by bridge. Being able to walk across without going outside makes shopping and dining remarkably convenient.
One of the highlights of this visit was URla. Located on the fountain and lobby level, its beautiful open-air terrace creates a wonderful setting, but the culinary experience deserves just as much attention. We had an excellent evening there, and it became one of the most memorable parts of our short stay.
Most importantly, we were reminded why we had chosen to return. The hospitality throughout the hotel was warm and attentive, and despite staying for only two nights, everything felt easy and well looked after.
There is only one small point I hope the hotel will pay attention to. On one of the floors where we were staying, there was a noticeable smell of tobacco smoke. It stood out because the rest of the hotel felt so well maintained. It is a small detail, but one worth paying attention to.
Otherwise, this was a very enjoyable return to Address Downtown: excellent hospitality, a location that is difficult to beat, wonderful access to Dubai Mall, and a memorable evening at URla.
Two nights were enough to remind us why we came back.

An incredibly friendly and helpful team! A special thanks to Zeynab Hasanova at the reception, who warmly welcomed us and took excellent care of everything from check-in to check-out. We were extremely happy with her professionalism and kindness. Congratulations to the hotel management for having such wonderful staff! We’ve been staying at this hotel for years, and we’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!
