We had an amazing stay at 25hours Hotel One Central while celebrating my husband’s birthday, and it truly exceeded our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s beautiful lobby. The vintage concept with a modern touch gives the hotel such a unique character and creates a wonderful first impression. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and very well equipped. We especially appreciated that all the amenities were already complete, so there was no need to request anything extra.
A special thank you to Chona, the security lady guard, for being so approachable, friendly, and welcoming from the start. She made us feel comfortable right away. We’d also like to recognize Josh and Diana at Ernst Restaurant for taking such great care of us during our dining experience. They were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome.
We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and a complimentary minibar, which made our celebration even more special. The facilities were excellent, and every part of our stay was enjoyable.
One of the best things about the hotel is that it’s pet-friendly! We can’t wait to come back next time with our cat.
Thank you to the entire team at 25hours Hotel One Central for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel
Amazing stay at 25hours Hotel. The room was very comfortable and beautiful, and the hotel vibes are absolutely awesome. The food was very tasty, especially their Basque cheesecake, which is one of the best I have ever tried. A wonderful experience and I would definitely visit again.

Wonderful Stay at 25hours Hotel Dubai
I had an amazing stay at 25hours Hotel Dubai last week, and the experience exceeded my expectations from the very beginning.
During check-in, Louise was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She kindly arranged my request for a room with a beautiful view, and I truly appreciated her effort. When we entered the room, we immediately fell in love with the breathtaking view of the Museum of the Future and Emirates Towers. It made our stay even more special.
A very special thank you to Giylam from Guest Relations for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I especially love collecting plushies, and he surprised me with a little “almost home” camel plushie, which brought me so much joy. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed the genuine care and attention to detail from the team. Everything was beautifully prepared, including the details mentioned in the email and the welcome letter, which made me feel truly welcomed.
I also enjoyed exploring the hotel facilities. The pool area has an amazing view of the Museum of the Future, creating a perfect relaxing atmosphere. I loved spending time at Ernst, which has some of my favorite dishes, and Nomad was a great place to relax and do some quick studying while enjoying the unique atmosphere.
Overall, I must say the team at 25hours Hotel Dubai truly went beyond my expectations. The warm hospitality, personalized touches, incredible views, and thoughtful service made this stay unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a wonderful experience. I will definitely come back again.

Amazing experience indeed 24hours wouldn’t be enough hence we need 25hrs 🥰☺️
We had a wonderful family stay at 25hours Hotel Dubai.
A warm welcome from Gilang made us feel at home from the moment we arrived till fond farewell, we were kindly escorted to our room. Check-in with Charlene was smooth and efficient. A special thanks to Raman from the concierge team, who was incredibly helpful with our luggage.
I also have to mention the best Spanish latte I've ever had. It was from Nomad Cafe and expertly made by Gio!
Thank you as well to Leony from housekeeping for being helpful during our stay.
At breakfast, Sinta's friendly personality and positive energy made our mornings even more enjoyable. Finally, thank you to Louise for making our check-out just as pleasant and seamless as our arrival. Cant remember the bell team who assisted us upon departure he was friendly as well.
We truly appreciated the exceptional hospitality from the entire team and look forward to staying here again.
