Unforgettable Birthday Stay❣️❣️❣️
This was our first stay at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island, and it was truly the best overnight experience we’ve ever had.
Our birthday celebration was made extra special because of the exceptional service we received from the entire team. Kudos to everyone, and a special thanks to Christine and Romie, who assisted us throughout our stay. She was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and explained everything so well, making us feel genuinely welcome.
Their breakfast was also one of the best I’ve ever had. There was an excellent selection of fresh and delicious food, and every dish was of outstanding quality.
Thank you so much for the thoughtful birthday setup and the delicious birthday cake. It was a wonderful surprise that made our celebration even more memorable.
We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

He is an exceptional chef who prepared delicious, customized breakfasts exactly to our preferences. His creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate our requests were outstanding. Throughout our stay, he was kind, supportive, and always greeted us with a warm smile.
Chef Alam’s professionalism and passion for his craft were evident in every dish he prepared. His dedication to providing a personalized dining experience made our mornings extra special.

Unforgettable
Thank you for the wonderfully prepared room for my daughter's birthday. The decor was amazing and unexpected . Everything is tidy and perfectly prepared. The restaurant was amazing the service was great and the food was amazing. The room service was amazing and helpful. The reception staff were again absolutely amazing and helpful allowing us to have a great room. We got a better room than we asked for and we are grateful to the whole team for that, especially:
