Excellent stay, want to go back already!
We had an incredible stay at the W. We asked for a baby steriliser and cot on our arrival and it was sent to the room immediately. We arrived around 1pm and the room was ready as soon as we arrived, this was a great surprise as we were prepared to settle into the lobby with the baby. Every single member of staff we interacted with was incredible, in particular Omar at the front desk and Nichole, Baba, Akash and Chef Alam during breakfast. The food was delicious - both room service and breakfast selection was fantastic. They were all brilliant with our baby, even providing some avocado when I requested this for her. We wish we stayed for longer, we hope to go back soon!

My son and I had such a good time, the staff were kind. I am a sucker for excellence and suffer from OCD haha but everything from the room to the food to cleanliness was done to the T! Planning to visit W Kuala Lumpur W Singapore this year!

A Truly Wonderful Experience
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, and the breathtaking view was definitely one of the highlights. The gym was also outstanding, with excellent facilities and a great atmosphere. I would also like to give special thanks to Tander at the lobby reception for her professionalism, kindness, and warm hospitality. The staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, it was an exceptional experience and definitely not my last visit. I look forward to coming back again.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire hotel team for the wonderful experience I had during my stay. From the warm hospitality to the excellent service, everything was handled with great care and professionalism, making my stay truly enjoyable and memorable.
I would especially like to thank Rana and the Hotel Manager for the way they handled a particular situation during my stay. Their approach was incredibly smooth, professional, and understanding, and they dealt with the matter with such a positive attitude and genuine care. Their high level of hospitality and willingness to make things right truly stood out to me, and I greatly appreciate it.
I would also like to give a special mention to Asim, who was consistently helpful and attentive throughout my stay. His service, kindness, and willingness to assist did not go unnoticed.
