I just arrived at W Hotel, and my first impression has been excellent. The check-in process was smooth, fast, and very welcoming.
A special thanks to Christine at the front desk for her outstanding hospitality and professionalism. She greeted me with a warm smile, made the check-in process effortless, and was incredibly kind and helpful. Her excellent service made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
