It is an amazing hotel we enjoy our stay here, the service is so good, the staff is so kind and ready to help any time especially Bhaskar Dharavath he is very kind and always ready to help all the guests in the hotel in a very kind, organized, and respectfull manner! You are lucky to have him is your staff.
Delightful morning by the pool
Had a beautiful morning/afternoon at Nation Riveria pool. Service was 10/10. Thank you to Mr Bhaskar who looked after me. I had the Poke bowl which was delightful and very filling! The pool is chilled which is perfect for 40°c!
Home away from Home
As a returning guest, every stay at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi reminds me why I keep coming back. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, but what truly makes this property exceptional is its people. They are the reason this hotel feels like a home away from home.
From the moment I arrived, Moustafa at Reception welcomed me with the warmest smile, recognizing me immediately before I had even reached the desk. It's that personal touch that makes all the difference. He remembered my preferences from previous stays and ensured everything was exactly as I like it. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests are simply outstanding. Thank you, Moustafa, for always making me feel so valued and welcomed.
Our first evening was made even more special with dinner at Villa Toscana. As an Italian, I'm always quite particular when it comes to Italian cuisine, so having such an authentic and exceptional Italian restaurant within the hotel is something I truly appreciate. Every dish was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and elegant, and the service was impeccable. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Villa Toscana team for such a wonderful dining experience.
A special mention also goes to the incredible team at the Cabana Beach Club. Over both Saturday and Sunday, they looked after us so attentively, making sure we were comfortable whether we were relaxing by the beach or by the pool. Every interaction was warm, friendly, and thoughtful.
An extra thank you to Bashkar, whose kindness and exceptional attention to detail truly went above and beyond. His dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. And of course, compliments to Chef Gomez, whose dishes were absolutely delicious, every meal was full of flavour and beautifully prepared!
To everyone at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, thank you for making another stay so memorable. Luxury hotels are beautiful, but it's the people who create unforgettable experiences, and this team does exactly that.
I already can't wait to return… see you again in two weeks! ️
