Very beautiful location very great view i visited the pool bar the place was very good the staff are friendly i specially want to thank Mr. Ronith Das for his polite and friendly service to us i definitely recommend this place and i will visit again ❤️❤️
Best stay I’ve ever had, from experienced world traveler
The lounge staff was tremendous as was the pool staff, Specifically- Dipika Joseph Kumar Samir Michael & Rahul Were all amazing and provided stellar service.
I would like to especially acknowledge Prabhu from the lounge. I have traveled the world and been to dozens and dozens of hotels, both in the Marriott family and out, and Prabhu provided the friendliest, most attentive, best customer service I’ve ever had anywhere. He was an absolute pleasure and outstanding at his job. I looked forward to seeing him every single day and made me feel as if I was the only guest at the hotel. I have never left a review in such high regard anywhere, but Prabhu deserves the recognition.
The Ritz Carlton lounge
My two week stay at the Ritz Carlton in Abu Dhabi was perfect, from the attentiveness of all the wait staff, the food was incredible and who dosen't love a pool with a bar. What really made my experience complete was due to Prebhu in the lounge. Prebhu remembered my name, and my drink order my first time meeting him. He made the experience in the lounge beyond all my expectations. If you happen to be visiting the Ritz Carlton in Abu Dhabi, get the lounge access, Prenhu alone is worth the cost!!

Everything is really good! We did a walk in for the buffet dinner tuesday night. We were welcomed by the host with warmed actually both host, the guy and the woman were very accommodating and everyone kept on checking on us.
Honestly, the place and food is great but the people who is working there made it all more special. My friend celebrated her birthday and they made it really special.
Special shoutout to Surandra, Vishnu, Sumit, Punam, Twin and pradipto! Thank you all so much! We’re already planning our next come back!
