The 7th floor lounge was one of the highlights of my long stay at the Ritz and is an absolute gem. I looked forward to visiting every day, thanks to the warm, cheerful, and genuinely helpful people working there. A super special thank you to Dipika, Prabhu, Kumar, Sabine, and Michael for making every visit so welcoming and memorable! Their wonderful hospitality truly made a difference to my stay. Also - I highly recommend visiting for the sunset and trying one of their strawberry gin & tonics!

Beautiful
My wife and I had a wonderful week here at the hotel. Food, staff and atmosphere was amazing. We had a highlight every evening coming to our room when we knew that Sanket a fabulous member of staff had been to tidy our room but also leave us some of the most amazing towel art pieces we have ever seen. Sanket made the stay even more wonderful he was a very pleasant hard working and kind man. We would come back purely because of him and his art.
Paradise Found
My husband and I just spent 9 perfect days at the Ritz Carlton.
I had emailed in advance to say my husband was celebrating his retirement and also our 44th anniversary. We were welcomed by the lovely Praju who said you will find a few surprises in your room (see the photos). We were truly wowed!
We spent most days at the pool where we were treated like royalty by Ibrahim and Babu. They do everything for you. Also Rafiq checking everything is good.
Janak and Zain from the pool bar took care of our drinks orders.
We were half board dine around which was amazing.
We decided to dine at the Forge on our anniversary and it was so lovely the effort they put in for us. The table was decorated with rose petals. It was beautiful.
The other restaurants were equally great. Li Jiang was my favourite. Had a lovely chat with Vishwandra, a lovely young man.
Giornotte the buffet restaurant provided a spectacular breakfast and lovely evening meals.
We were so sad to leave. We have stayed in many hotels across the world but the staff at the Ritz Carlton are without doubt the most caring people we have ever had the privilege of meeting.
We will definitely be back.
