Great Stay at Crowne Plaza
I had a really great time with my family. We received a warm welcoming from everyone (special thanks to Komlan). The room was beautiful, clean and quite. The breakfast was excellent and diversified. The package with access to the parks was like a dream for my children.
Hotel good with some excellent staff
The hotel is decent. They are currently refurbing the cafe, so there is an effort to upgrade the facilities. The lap pool is excellent but the hotel is worn in places. However, the facilities are not the hotel's real strength. That strength lies in its staff, in particular staf like Waqas (f&b manager) and Ollie (front desk).
Waqas is a delight and his customer focused service was outstanding.
Ollie was extremely helpful and nothing was too much for him to handle.
Both had a perma-smile and went beyond and above to make my stay memorable and comfortable.

We have been staying at this hotel as a couple for couple of years now. If I am not mistaken over 3 years now. We keep coming back At StayBridge Suites hotel Abu Dhabi because of the amazing hospitality, room service are very excellent. Our every little concern as a guest here is always solved very fast, specially with the help of Mr. Wakas ( 🇵🇰) the supervisor of this hotel and Mr. Olinad (🇵🇭) at the front desk, they are very helpful, amazing and friendly, I appreciate them and I highly recommend staying at this place.
A quick visit to Abu Dhabi “ yas Island “
We booked through booking, once we reached the reception was so kind and helpful to upgrade our one night stay, “Ameera “ I hope I got her name correct. The breakfast was good , but they don’t have life station egg. Thought the buffet had more than three type of eggs” sunny side, omelette, boiled and roasted. It was so comfortable stay. We got tickets to one of the theme parks and we chose Warners brothers “ definitely we are coming back to this hotel.

Great support in difficult period.
Over the past month, I've experienced further confirmation of the professionalism and attention the entire Staybridge staff gives to their guests. I accidentally fractured my foot, which severely limited my travel options. Throughout the six weeks of my mobility difficulties, the Staybridge staff supported me with everything, from breakfasts and dinners in my apartment to the delivery of the various products I ordered online. A special thanks goes to Calagoul and Waqat, who anticipated my every need and met them attentively and thoroughly. This care and attention to my needs confirmed the excellent decision to renew my stay at Staybridge for the third consecutive year.
