Great support in difficult period.
Over the past month, I've experienced further confirmation of the professionalism and attention the entire Staybridge staff gives to their guests. I accidentally fractured my foot, which severely limited my travel options. Throughout the six weeks of my mobility difficulties, the Staybridge staff supported me with everything, from breakfasts and dinners in my apartment to the delivery of the various products I ordered online. A special thanks goes to Calagoul and Waqat, who anticipated my every need and met them attentively and thoroughly. This care and attention to my needs confirmed the excellent decision to renew my stay at Staybridge for the third consecutive year.
Amazing Experience
Our stay at Staybridge Suites Yas Island on the 11th to 13th July, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome.
The Front Office team set the tone with a warm, efficient, and friendly check-in, ensuring that every detail of our stay was taken care of. Throughout our visit, every employee we interacted with displayed the highest level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality.
A special mention also goes to the culinary team, who consistently delivered delicious food with excellent presentation and service. It was evident that they take great pride in what they do, and their passion contributed greatly to our overall experience.
What impressed us most was the consistency across the entire hotel. Whether it was housekeeping, the restaurant staff, the front office team, or any other colleagues we met, everyone treated us with the utmost hospitality and made us feel like valued guests. It is rare to experience such genuine warmth and teamwork throughout an entire property.
The hotel itself is immaculate, the suites are spacious and comfortable, and the family-friendly atmosphere makes it the perfect choice for anyone visiting Yas Island.
Thank you to the entire Staybridge Suites Yas Island team for making our stay so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and will certainly be returning. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality and a true home-away-from-home experience.

Wonderful stay
It was a very wonderful and enjoyable stay for me, my family and my children. They enjoyed it very much. The room was very beautiful and spacious and the view was wonderful. I would like to thank the receptionist named Ei Darli , who was very cheerful and helped us very much. Her reception was wonderful and she allowed us to have a more than wonderful stay by providing a better and larger room.
Best stay at Yas Island! Budget and no brainer
Best best experience, I have lived in many years hotels and been here a couple of times, but this is one of the finest experience for a family. I travelled with my one year old baby The welcome at the reception was perfect. The check-in was in less than five minutes, the parking Valley parking facility is crazy. Was on point really good. The staff is very friendly very helpful and the same with the Room service. I have never seen such a room service ever. It was a crazy great experience. I would recommend this to anyone travelling with a family for a peaceful and nice day.

Comfortable stay on Yas Island
My stay here was very comfortable for an extended stay. The rooms are large and have a small kitchen and washing machine. What truly makes this place special is the warm and friendly staff. Oli is very helpful at the front desk for any requests. Waqas and Govind always make sure to bring my preferred beverages. Suman was also very attentive and a great server. The breakfasts are excellent and have good variety of foods. The dinner at Jing Asia also has a wide selection of foods. Sintya always has a warm greeting when I arrive for dinner. I recommend this hotel for long term stays.
