This hotel holds a very special place in our hearts. We come back every year, and each visit feels like coming home. ❤️
What we love most is not only the beautiful hotel and relaxing atmosphere, but also the warmth and hospitality we experience every time we stay. The staff are always so welcoming, kind, and attentive, which makes every visit even more meaningful.
It is heartwarming to look at the smiling faces of familiar staff in the hotel and seeing their recognition when they saw us was amazing. Danny, Jennifer, Edmar and Kristine of the recreation department were all giddy to see us again. Marco, patricia, Akhil, Mubashir, Vinod and Fernando made sure our dining experience were superb.
Over the years, we’ve created so many wonderful memories here, and it has become a place we genuinely look forward to returning to every year. No matter how many places we visit, this hotel will always be one of our favorites.
Thank you for always making us feel so welcome and cared for. We truly love this place and can’t wait to come back again next year! ❤️

An Employee Who Deserves All the Appreciation
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Shova at Olea Restaurant. She is truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with a warm smile, genuine kindness, and outstanding professionalism.
Her elegant appearance, beautiful personality, and positive energy made our dining experience even more enjoyable. She treated every guest with great respect and care, always making sure we had everything we needed.
Shova is a wonderful example of excellent hospitality, and she deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service. Thank you for making our visit so special. We will definitely be coming back because of people like you!
Wonderful hotel
We spent 6 wonderful nights at this lovely hotel. The service from all staff was exceptional and we felt very welcome. We particularly enjoyed watching the England v Norway game with our children in the Manhattan Lounge. Our boys are not old enough to go in the actual bar area so the thoughtful staff set up a little area near the doorway with chairs and a table so that we could watch it on the big screen from the doorway. The food (breakfast and dinner) was amazing and the pool and beach area was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I cannot wait to come back!!

It has been such a delight to spend our vacation at St Regis. The entire team of St Regis has been so courteous through out our stay taking care of our smallest needs . Sous Chef Lalit and his entire team has been very considerate and serving us delectable food.

so my review is, I was so happy about all service happen in this restaurant and this hotel and thanks so much for Mr. Marco in the restaurant and Mr. Aftab in the reception also Miss Natalie so everything is good food services everything they are helpful. All stuff was helpful and I don’t know how to say about my happiness and I’mso happy triple and I am proud about all the service cause this company or this hotel in my country UAE Abu Dhabi.
