Best experience!
Had a great business stay at Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped — everything you need for a comfortable work trip. The staff across all departments are professional and genuinely warm. A special mention to the valet parking team — they were friendly, efficient, and handled everything smoothly. It's not a small thing, being greeted properly after a long day makes a real difference. Keep up the great work, guys! The breakfast buffet, lobby lounge, and overall ambience are top-notch. Highly recommend this hotel for business travelers in Abu Dhabio

Disaster 21st bday holiday
Avoid this hotel at all costs. Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The staff were consistently rude, unhelpful, and showed little interest in resolving any of the issues we encountered. The rooms had an unpleasant smell, and several of the advertised amenities were unavailable or not working. We were unable to use the swimming pool or the rooftop bar, and the hotel only had one restaurant serving repetitive food throughout our stay. The most frustrating part was that none of these closures or restrictions were communicated to us before we booked or prior to our arrival. Had we been informed that so many facilities would be unavailable, we would have chosen a different hotel. We were a family of eight celebrating a 21st birthday. We specifically chose this hotel so we could spend quality time together, relaxing by the pool and enjoying the hotel's facilities. Instead, we were forced to leave the hotel every day to find things to do because the amenities we had paid for were unavailable. It completely ruined what should have been a special family celebration. The hotel was not accommodating in any way, and the lack of communication and poor customer service made an already disappointing situation even worse. This is genuinely one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, and I would not recommend it to anyone. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
