Worst hotel sofitel
This is the worst 5 star hotel in the world. Worst reception, no ac in the lift, non working window screens, rusted manhole near swimming pool. After your payment and check in the house keeping will become switched off and no one will respond. No drinking water or dental kit and they will not do daily room dressing. The breakfast buffet in this hotel restaurant Corniche name is the worst buffet. U can see flies on open food, rude attendants and chef. No options and food no taste. Anyone visiting please go through my genuine review. Zero value for your money. Funny thing is the door to the hotel is kept in non working conditions and only one door is very unclean. Don't step in this hotel

Sofitel Abu Dhabi – Not Quite What It Used to Be
Having stayed at Sofitel Abu Dhabi many times, it is disappointing to see how the guest experience has changed over the past year.
Following management and staff changes, the warm and personal welcome that once made this hotel special has largely disappeared. Check-in now feels rather impersonal, and recognition of loyal Accor members has noticeably declined.
The continued closure of the Club Lounge, despite its renovation appearing to have been completed some time ago, is equally disappointing. The Jazz & Fizz Bar also remained closed for an extended period.
Sofitel Abu Dhabi still has great potential, but I sincerely hope the management will restore the welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and appreciation of loyal guests that once made this hotel stand out.

Exceptional Quality of Customer Service
We stayed at the Sofitel Hotel in Abu Dhabi, Corniche for a week. Upon a 3am arrival following a long flight from Australia, Carlos welcomed us with a professional, warm and friendly manner. He saw to our needs quickly, enabling us to settle in to our comfortable room as soon as possible. Throughout our stay, Carlos was generous with his time, by going above and beyond his role to help, including personally guiding me to services located in different areas of the hotel, for ease. During the stay, my grandson became unwell and Carlos demonstrated genuine care that helped us navigate the issue, which created a lasting impression. We will definitively return if we travel to Abu Dhabi again and highly recommend a stay at the Sofitel, Abu Dhabi. Thank you so much, Carlos.
Sofitel solo trip
honestly one of the best/ cosiest experiences in abu dhabi the building was nice and the staff was even nicer. the lady that assisted me in my stay was yasmin at the front desk she absolutely elevated my experience
