Club lounge was amazing
Amazing service by Nishadi at the club lounge. Excellent service and attentive to all our needs and requests.
Lovely Relaxing Break
A relaxing few days as a stopover on the way home. After an initial glitch, the hotel looked after us superbly well. Lovely spacious room, wide range of food on offer for both breakfast and dinner. Overwhelmingly what makes this hotel so good is its staff, from those on the front desk, the restaurant, by the pool … they are all kind, friendly and can’t do enough for you. Special mention to Nishadi in the Club Lounge … her care and attention are second to none, thank you so much for looking after us (Room 705).

Great service and personnel, Especially Nikki from the café
We were welcomed amazingly. We were stranded in Abu Dhabi and had to book the hotel last minute. We were welcomed in the middle of the night by the personnel and we felt safe and taken care of! Especially Nikki from the café made out stay much better, she helped us with everything and gave us many tips for our visit!
