Our stay at Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi was nothing short of perfection! From the breathtaking views and serene ambiance to the top-notch amenities, everything exceeded our expectations.
What truly made our visit memorable, however, was the outstanding hospitality of the staff:
Warm Arrival: A huge thank you to the lovely lady at the front desk who assisted us during check-in. Although I unfortunately forgot her name, her genuine warmth, professionalism, and bright smile gave us the perfect welcome and set the tone for an amazing stay.
Smooth Departure: Special thanks to Ms. Hu for handling our check-out. She made the process entirely seamless, quick, and hassle-free, ensuring our departure was just as pleasant as our arrival.
The team’s attention to detail and exceptional service standard truly embody the Shangri-La experience. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Abu Dhabi. Highly recommended!

We were fortunate to have a wonderful time at the pool with my family, and Mr. Hossam was there full of positive energy and joy, helping the children play and playing some children's songs.

First of all, we thoroughly enjoyed the Aqua Gym with Hossam at the Shangrila pool The place is absolutel fantastic with music sunshine and a beautiful view of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and the sea We thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful visit. We are guests of the Traders Hotel and spent an hour of fun and happiness working out in the pool. It was a great experience for me and my friends, and we will definitely come back to ShangriLa next time. 💓
