The atmosphere inside the Shangri-La Hotel is very pleasant, especially with the sports activities offered by Hossam.
It was a beautiful day We enjoyed a short tour of the ShangriLa hotel along with some drinks and seafood at the restaurant
I would like to thank Captain Hossam for adding to the festive atmosphere and making all the guests happy with some popular songs

Zumba activities and aquarobics classes are very beautiful and engaging ❤️ Hossam is excellent at doing them.
The food was excellent and delicious. The drinks by the pool were lovely. The pool is large and offers a wonderful view of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, every single detail exceeded our expectations.
A huge thank you to Mr. Hadi, Rishan, and Danica for helping with my reservation and for arranging such a beautiful, spacious room. Waking up to the stunning views of the canal and the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was simply breathtaking.
Special thanks as well to Janella, Jewel, and the amazing Housekeeping team for the lovely birthday setup in our room. You made our daughter’s birthday so much more special than we ever imagined. Seeing the smile on her face made the celebration truly unforgettable.
What touched us the most wasn’t just the luxurious room or the incredible views—it was the genuine kindness of every staff member we met. Everyone welcomed us with warm smiles and made us feel completely at home. That level of hospitality is something you don’t easily forget.
Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was an incredible variety of delicious food, and everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely worth waking up early for!
Thank you to the entire Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri team for creating such wonderful memories for our family. Your warmth, attention to detail, and impeccable hospitality made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

Thanks Shangri-La ❤️❤️ hotel is incredibly beautiful and peaceful but what truly made my stay exceptional was the available sports activities. Zumba was full of energy and vitality thanks to Coach Hossam His approach is so enthusiastic and motivating and he made everyone participate and smile the whole time Thank you Coach Hossam💪💛 for this positive energy
