Sadly,not a five star club room experience
Not a first class experience as the dedicated club room is closed and you are forced into the public lobby entrance. The lobby is usually full with walk in visitors and families waiting for the buffet restaurant. Cigarette Smoke from public bar drifts over into the lobby area where tables and chairs are placed. The staff have been very supportive but this us not the experience we signed and paid for. The Web site does warn you that the Club Room is closed,but this alleged five star hotel still markets clubroom but without access ti a dedicated lounge room. The substitute offered is a very poor substitute. We have booked 28 nights in a club room and. Looked forward to the same experience we had last year in September 2025. We feel strongly that even if there are only two clubroom guests [there are more] ,the dedicated club lounge should be open . We booked a table in the French restaurant and looked forward to a very good meal. Unfortunately, we went yo the lobby bar area for a pre dinner drink ,but tables were all occupied by walk in visitors and families waiting for the buffet restaurant to accthem. After staff found us a table, we experienced children running about screaming and cigarrete smoke drifting over from the bar area.it was totally not conducive to a good experience, so we cancelled our dinner reservation. The senior hotel management need to be more proactive and provide tge club experience guests gave paid for. Even if there are just two club guests in the hotel,the clubroom should be open. Otherwise, fo not sell clubroom without access to s dedicated club lounge. If you are looking for a five star clubroom experience thus hitel is not able to offer that at tge mone. You would do better ,to book a non club room till thr dedicated Club room us available again. Cooper,davies

Wonderful stay
Excellent Service from Brahma!
We stayed at Shangri-La for one night, and I would like to give a special thanks to Brahma from Housekeeping for his excellent service. He was very attentive and always happy to assist whenever we requested additional water or toiletries. He responded to our requests promptly and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
His kindness, helpfulness, and attention to detail really made a positive impression on us. Thank you, Brahma, for going the extra mile and making our stay more comfortable! You are a great asset to Shangri-La. 🙏✨

Nice hotel with excellent service. The manager, Rushan, was very friendly and helpful. Michelle at the reception was also very welcoming and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate their great hospitality. Highly recommended!

It was the most amazing stay ever, especially how the staff treated us so well, they were very welcoming Mosaab and Saqer were super friendly, highly recommended hotel / staycation.
