Saadiyat Rotana Resort and Villas

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the management and staff of Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas for the exceptional organization of our stay from September 7th to September 17th. My daughter and I stayed in room 507, and this trip left us with entirely positive impressions. First and foremost, I am highly appreciative of being provided with a comfortable room featuring a magnificent view. Throughout our entire vacation, it was evident that the hotel’s service standards are remarkably high: every detail of our stay was meticulously thought out, and the housekeeping was top-notch. The hotel staff deserves special recognition for their professionalism and dedication. Regrettably, I did not catch the names of the individual staff members, but I trust that the management will be able to identify the team involved, as their performance was exemplary. I would particularly like to commend: The Russian-speaking Front Office (Reception) team - for their efficiency, consistent courtesy, and strong focus on guest satisfaction. The Head Food & Beverage Manager - for strict quality control and excellent organization across the dining venues. The Turtle Bay restaurant team - for the high culinary standards and flawless level of service. The Manager and Supervisors of Hamilton’s Pub - for their absolute professionalism, charisma, and unmatched level of service. The seamless operations and leadership of the pub's management created an impeccable, sophisticated atmosphere, making every single evening a truly special occasion. This team sets the standard for hospitality and stands out as one of the key highlights of the resort. During our stay, an active animation program was not required by us; however, as a recommendation for the future, I would suggest introducing live music in the evenings to enhance the ambiance further. Furthermore, I must highlight the management’s ability to respond to arising situations promptly and constructively. Upon arrival, we encountered a change in the schedule of thematic gastronomic nights at the main restaurant (specifically, the seafood night on Mondays), which impacted our initially booked dining concept. The resort’s management handled this matter with the utmost care and attention to the guest: the situation was addressed in a unique manner and resolved within the shortest possible timeframe. We did not experience any inconvenience and remained completely satisfied with the solution provided. Saadiyat Rotana has truly reaffirmed its premium status and its capability to deliver a tailored approach to its guests. As returning guests, we already knew what an amazing property this is, but the staff make your stay even more special. We felt incredibly well looked after from start to finish and there is only praise for the hospitality we were shown.

Hana & Caroline - Lovely to speak with you both and thank you for being so kind and welcoming every time we were in the lobby. You take the time to interact with the guests, was always great to get to chat to you both!

Remi - Front Desk Gave us the warmest welcome after a long flight. He was warm, kind, thoughtful and regularly checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Remi also helped organise our early-morning taxi and sent us to the airport with delicious breakfast and coffees. Faultless service!

Kokou - Gym Was always available to help us in the gym and greeted us with a smile every day. We felt very well looked after and was so nice to see him shining! A real joy to engage with everyday!

Abdul – Sim Sim Runs a tight ship! Provides extremely attentive service. He recognised us as returning guests which was lovely and even went above and beyond by arranging for Me-Ann to come and say hello to us at breakfast which was so appreciated!

Mugula & Ankhor – SIm Sim Each meal you took such wonderful care of us. Always smiling, attentive and happy to go the extra mile without hesitation.

Martin - Pool So warm, friendly and welcoming! What a way to be treated everyday, very special service!

Everything was what we wanted and so much more!

The restaurants are great, the food is amazing and the beach is an absolute show stopper! For us it’s the perfect place to disconnect from the world and reconnect with each other. It’s our happy place for sure..

We were greeted warmly and assisted with all our questions. Amenities were explained to us. My 8 year old granddaughter and I were having a weekend retreat and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Food, staff and accommodations were excellent. We will be back!
