Royal service and friendly staff.
Excellent service by all the staff members at the hotel. Especially Habiba on the Mezzanine Level Restaurant (breakfast), as well as the in the Cafe in the ground floor and Executive lounge (16th floor) during the evening. I was also very much recognized for my status which made me feel very apprecisted. Thanks to all.

Wonderful experience at Royal Rose Hotel
Had a wonderful stay at Royal Rose Hotel! The breakfast at Printania was outstanding, thanks to Habiba and Devi, who were so attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Special thanks as well to the reception team—Taqwa, Kyra, and Isuru—for their warm hospitality and seamless assistance during check-in and throughout our visit. Exceptional service all around!

We had a very nice experience here and this could be one of the best hotel in Abu Dhabi, with excellent customer service and staffs. Rooms are very neat and cleaning was done properly and regularly. And Mr. Hassan, he helped us a lot and was very cooperative. A special thanks to him. This was another thing that impressed us and a reason to choose this for our next trip.
