Best Customer Service
The best hospitality i have experienced ever in another country, the staffs were always there available for my needs. Thankyou to Wahid sir for making my stay wonderful.
3 day stopover.
We stayed here for three nights and found the hotel to be very well located with rooms clean and well presented. The staff were very friendly with the concierge Hassam being very attentive to see if there was anything he could do for us and arranging taxis. Special mention to the food by the chef who came out and asked if there was anything in particular we liked and then came to ask if we enjoyed it, which we thouroughly did. The restaurant manager Aloysius is a complete professional and made sure us and everyone in the restaurant was enjoying their food which was of a really good standard. The pool on the roof was nice after sweltering day and there are covered areas to stay in the shade up there. There was 7 of us staying for three nights and nobody had any complaints.

Very nice hotel in city centre wit all need I had. The room service was on daily base and properly taken by Kawshiya and Nisha.

One Night Layover
We stayed at the Royal Rose for one night as part of Etihad’s free overnight layover program. The staff were all very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. Location is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops, but we found the hotel itself to be quiet and peaceful.
