I had a wonderful experience at the pool bar at Royal M Hotel. A special thank you to Susan and Salman for their outstanding service. They were both welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit, making sure everything was perfect. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and excellent customer service truly made our time by the pool enjoyable. Thank you, Susan and Salman, for your exceptional hospitality—I look forward to visiting again!
Great Experience
I had a great experience here at Royal M Hotel Al Bateen. The place was cozy and nice. The staff are friendly most specially to Dolly in front desk who welcome us with warm greetings. He was helpful to us too. Kuddos to Dolly 🥂
Amazing stay
We had a wonderful stay, made even better by the amazing staff. Special thanks to Ms. Tharanga for the smooth check-in and giving us a very nice room, Ms. Irish for kindly helping us find a great lunch spot, the gentleman who promptly moved us to a quieter room in the middle of the night, and Ms. Jenita for her warm and attentive service during breakfast. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
A perfect stay !
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Dally and Hannilyn, were exceptionally accommodating and made me feel truly welcome. As someone who has worked in a 5-star hotel, I appreciated their excellent service, professionalism, and the clean, comfortable room with a beautiful sea view.
Refreshing stay
the room was really nice and I had a nice rest. had a refreshing dip in the pool in the morning and water was just the right temperature to cool you off the summer heat. Amin and Happy were super accommodating and welcoming. 10/10
