Unforgettable 2-Month Business Stay – Exceptional Staff & Top-Tier Hospitality!
I stayed at this hotel for two months while traveling for work. I cannot say enough about how remarkable my long-term stay was.
The Room & Facilities
The room was very comfortable, spacious and completely whisper‑quiet. It was ideal for working and for resting. Housekeeping was fantastic. Cleaning was very frequent, consistent and thorough. The gym is huge and well equipped with machines and dumbbells. The sauna was a bonus after long workdays. The pool is small. The outstanding service everywhere else more than makes up for it. In fact the lifeguard went above and beyond. When he found my lost belongings he made sure they were safely stored in Lost & Found for me.
The Services
What truly set this hotel apart was the element. All staff—from the desk reception team who made every administrative task effortless to the lifeguards—were genuinely welcoming and helpful.
However the absolute crown jewel of this hotel is the breakfast staff. They made each morning special. They are, without doubt the most attentive and hardest‑working team I have encountered. Seeing their smiles each morning and experiencing their warm proactive service was the single best part of my stay. (THANK YOU Mr Rajesh, MMe Mina and the rest of teams)
If you are traveling for business or an extended stay do not hesitate to book. A massive thank you to the team for making me feel like a home away, from home for two whole months.

This hotel has become my preferred address in Abu Dhabi. The sophisticated design, impeccable service, and attentive staff set a consistently high standard. Both breakfast and dinner are excellent, prepared with quality ingredients, while the bright, immaculately kept rooms with city views provide a refined and comfortable stay. Excellent Service
We had a wonderful stay at Pearl Rotana Capital Centre. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel had a peaceful and calm atmosphere.
The food was delicious with a good variety, and we really enjoyed it. All the staff were friendly, polite, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The service was excellent and made us feel very comfortable.
Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We are very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Pearl Rotana Capital Centre to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful hotel in Abu Dhabi.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Outstanding Stay – Highly Recommended!
I had an absolutely wonderful two-night stay at the Pearl Rotana Capital Centre Hotel in Abu Dhabi. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Every member of staff made me feel genuinely welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were of superb quality, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Everything throughout the hotel was impeccable, reflecting a very high standard of care and professionalism.
The reception team were outstanding—friendly, efficient, and always happy to help with a smile.
The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, with a fantastic variety of fresh, high-quality food and excellent service. It was the perfect way to start the day.
I would especially like to recognise Asteya in the restaurant. She is an absolute credit to the hotel. Every morning she served me tea with such warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. Her pleasant personality, caring nature, and constant smile made each breakfast even more enjoyable. She truly deserves a five-star rating for her exceptional customer service and dedication.
I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. The combination of outstanding hospitality, excellent facilities, immaculate cleanliness, delicious breakfast, and exceptional staff made my stay truly memorable. I will most definitely return whenever I visit Abu Dhabi and would highly recommend the Pearl Rotana Capital Centre Hotel to anyone looking for first-class hospitality.
