Nice dining tks to Jay!
Jay provided us with excellent service throughout our meal. She was very friendly, attentive, and communicative, always checking to make sure we were doing well and that we had everything we needed. Her kindness and genuine care made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We really appreciated her outstanding hospitality and would be happy to be served by her again. Highly recommended!

After spending more than a month at Park Rotana Hotel with my family, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Pauithra and Febe for the exceptional care they have given us every single day. From breakfast to lunch and dinner, they have always looked after us with genuine kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail. No matter how busy they are, they always greet us with a warm smile and make us feel welcome and valued.
