Wow!
I am travelling a lot in the region and have seen many of the 5* Resorts in the region. Yes, the beach location is amazing but most impressive was the outstanding warm, kind, attentive and proactive service of the entire staff!
Starting with Mrs Samoisi who kindly arranged my visit in advance and made my journey truly exceptional.
Followed by the kind, proavtive and alert staff in restaurant, pool, beach and housekeeping - on all Levels. (Thank You Sagar, for managing this Suite with so much care!).
Looking forward to come back soon inshallah.
A Wonderful Family Stay at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi
We recently spent seven nights at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi with our two daughters and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very warm and welcoming, and the level of service throughout our stay was excellent and really contributed to making our family holiday very enjoyable. The hotel facilities were fantastic. We enjoyed using the swimming pools and gym, and breakfast had a great selection from both the buffet and à la carte menus, with the quality of the food consistently very good. We would also like to give a special thanks to the housekeeping team. They did an outstanding job throughout our stay and always maintained our room to an excellent standard. Their attention to detail was very much noted and appreciated. Just want to say a big thank you to everyone at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi for making our eight-day family holiday such a wonderful and memorable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. We hope to return again soon!

The service was amazing! Ajeet and his team, Manish and Suliman, were extremely helpful and professional. They were very attentive and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!
