Beautiful, great service, wonderful food, but very overwhelming perfumy
A beautiful hotel conveniently located near museums and a quick drive to downtown Abu Dhabi. Everything was lovely - the staff attentive, the food delish. And the spa was amazing. I had two complaints - one minor - room location was as far from the lobby as possible and felt like the basement. Room was nice, but journey to get there was long and there was no view. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. To be fair, I did not ask to be moved or see if there was another option - I was jet lagged and just wanted to settle in. Second, and more importantly, the hotel has a signature scent that set off some sort of major allergy. If you are at all smell sensitive, I would not recommend this stay. It was such a shame because it meant that I could not enjoy the public areas without my nose running and a sneeze attack. But if you can handle that, and don't mind it, I truly recommend the space. It was beautiful.
Family holiday in Saadiyat
We and our 5-year-old child, and I stayed at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi (Saadiyat Island). It is one of the best hotels on the island — much better than Rotana.
Beach: Perfectly clean. The sand is smoothed every morning, there is no litter, and the sun loungers are clean. They bring towels and water in a cooler bag. There is also a beach bag — handy to take with you.
Housekeeping: Excellent, twice a day. The rooms are spacious, clean, and free of strange odors (in Rotana, by comparison, there was a damp smell).
Restaurant: Great service. There is no children’s buffet, but on request they will prepare whatever your child wants — just ask the waiter. After your first order, they remember your preferences. Breakfast: buffet plus à la carte dishes. The French toast is one of the best I’ve had, including at other hotels during our trip.
Birthday: They decorated the room and gave us a cake and wine.
Pools: There is an adult pool and a family pool. There are also small private plunge pools where a family can relax, with sun loungers nearby.
Upon check-in: A fruit platter and sweets await you in the room. Our child received a plush toy — a gazelle, the hotel’s symbol.
Location: 10 minutes by taxi to Abu Dhabi’s museums — the Louvre, Sheikh Zayed Museum, the Natural History Museum, and the Guggenheim will open soon.
Important to note: With HB (half board), drinks at dinner are chargeable, including water and tea. Keep this in mind when budgeting.
I recommend it for a family holiday.
Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi - a true oasis
This is a top rated 5 star hotel situated on the glorious Saadiyat island with its magnificent beach. The grounds are spacious and beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious and well serviced and we were fortunate to be upgraded to a garden and sea facing room. Despite the fact that the hotel occupancy was high during our stay it was quiet and peaceful and the standard of service was excellent.

Wonderful stay
We stayed at Level 45 for a total of 12 nights. From our arrival at the hotel, throughout our stay, and right up to our departure, the experience was defined by the unique atmosphere that only this hotel radiates. Everything—from the perfect location (offering both swimming opportunities and proximity to several restaurants) to the luxurious design—ensures we will return time and again. The food is in a class of its own, ranging from the offerings at Level 45 to the breakfasts at Rosewater. However, the absolute greatest asset is the staff we got to know. They made us feel welcome every time we saw them and went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. We would especially like to mention the team at Level 45: Jimmy, Reizel, Englesos, Anugurah, Anolu, Riaizan, and Sous Chef Souraya. At Rosewater, we want to acknowledge Marie, Chingringam, Nina, and—not least—Anne, who looked after us every time we arrived at the restaurant. Finally, we want to highlight two people who really stood out in the lobby: Peter, who went the extra mile for our well-being, and Gloria, whose cheerful nature made the trip complete. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service & Genuine Hospitality at Park Hyatt Saadiyat Island!
I had a truly wonderful experience at Park Hyatt Saadiyat Island during our corporate celebration and I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Ajeet and his entire banquet team for their outstanding service.
From the moment we inquired, the team was incredibly warm, professional, attentive, and well-organized. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience feel effortless and special.
Mr. Ajeet deserves a special mention for his excellent coordination, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The entire banquet team worked seamlessly together and made sure every little detail was taken care of with a smile.
