Excellent housekeeping
Just had a wonderful stay at Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan, and a special shoutout must go to the housekeeping team. Epecially to Sukaitumar and Tulaisi. Every single day, my room was left absolutely spotless, beautifully organized, and freshly stocked with amenities. Their attention to detail was incredible, and they always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. On top of their professionalism, the staff members were incredibly polite, warm, and welcoming whenever I passed them in the hallway. They truly take pride in their work and made my stay feel seamless and comfortable. Thank you for the hard work—it did not go unnoticed!
Loved coming back to a spotless room
My partner and I stayed here for a few days in October and what really stuck with us was how crisp and tidy the room was kept every single day. We came back around 4 PM after walking around in the 35-degree heat, exhausted, and opened the door to find the room chilled down, bed made tight, and everything wiped down till it was extremely perfect. Laxmi from housekeeping did such an amzing job taking care of our floor. She noticed we had left our phone chargers tangled on the nightstand and actually tied them neatly with a little velcro band, plus left extra bottles of drinking water on the counter without us even asking. It was such a nice relief to step into that fresh, quiet space every afternoon. The location made catching taxis really quick, but honestly, Laxmi's cleaning was what made our evenings so restful.

Fantastic staycation last month we were there and enjoyed a lot. Very clean and cozy room. Spacious lobby and superb swimming pool.

Great stay at Novotel Al Bustan!
Had an awesome stay here. The rooms are super clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet has a great spread, and the pool area is perfect for chilling out. Huge shoutout to the front desk team for making check-in a breeze. Definitely recommend it if you’re staying in Abu Dhabi!
