it was nice mr manoj he was take care of us and we enjoy a lot but i think hotel amenities very less in shower no shampo jel nothing so we little bit suffered but stuff was nice

Great service, the restaurant manager Prashant is super hospitable! We’d have a nice chat every time we’d come for breakfast and he’d make sure we would enjoy our meals to the fullest.
Worst hotel ever
I am actually shocked that there are still hotels in the UAE as bad as this hotel. The check in was a nightmare: Arrived at 4pm - normal check in is at 2pm - room not ready. Excuses, Excuses, Excuses.
Booked a room with breakfast but arrived at the restaurant and found most of the food already finished with no intention to prepare more food. We went outside the hotel to get breakfast.
Will I stay at this hotel again? Definitely NO! Will I stay at any of the group's other hotels? Again - NO!
It is for reasons like these that I am a loyal supporter of the IHG and Marriot hotel groups. They are just superior brands.
Excellent Hospitality
Had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and the overall service was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
A special mention to Prabath, the lifeguard, who was extremely attentive, friendly, and professional. He made sure everyone around the pool was safe and comfortable, and his warm and helpful nature really stood out. His dedication and positive attitude were greatly appreciated.
