Comfort, hospitality and Safety are here, the Mafraq Hotel
The Mafraq Hotel, which has been my first choice for accommodation during business trips since 2019. The service and hospitality from your entire staff have always been outstanding, and I appreciate that there is always something new and improved with every visit.
I would like to specifically commend Mr. Sathisha for his exceptional and proactive service. Since my first stay a few years ago, he has consistently approached guests to ensure we have everything we need in our rooms. I hope his dedication and proactive approach are recognized by the hotel management.
Thank you for maintaining such a high standard of service. The Mafraq Hotel remains my top choice for future stays.
Thank you Karen!
