Beautiful hotel , convenient location, nice modern room. The staff were very friendly and professional. Nice swimming pool, I liked and enjoyed the atmosphere of the club lounge was very relaxing. The big plus was availability of free on site car parking . My highest appreciation to all the staff and the specially to Mr. Saad , Miss Ashmita in the club lounge. Aslo i would like to show my appreciation to Mr. Ahmed ( supervisor) , Mr. Vural , Mr. Kian at front desk my gratitude to them for upgraded my room and been si professional, Finally would like the thanks all the hotel staff which i found were very nice .

Excellent
I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay.
Special thanks to Kian, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. He made me feel very welcome and was always ready to assist whenever I needed anything. His professionalism and warm attitude really made my stay even better.
Unforgettable welcoming
Once I entered the room, there was a handwriting letter for my upcoming birthday with a cake and bottle of Soju which I love as a korean.
Since I arrived to UAE 2017 and so far, I couldn’t have any experience like this during my hotel staying.
