Overall experience and club lounge
Great experience so far, we got welcomed with a room upgrade and everything is going well so far, what makes the hotel outstanding is the club lounge led by Mr Raef and supported by Mr Moh Saad, these 2 gentlemen are running a 5 stars club lounge with their top class service and attention to detail. The food is amazing and the experience from entering the club lounge until leaving it is amazing, thank you for the club lounge team and I wish them more success

Lovely Stay
We had such a lovely experience at the hotel, especially because the staff Kian and Snow went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. Housekeeping Supervisor Mohammed beautifully decorated our room and paid attention to every little detail. It was such a sweet surprise and made our celebration even more memorable. Miao and Aunghein bought us delicious cake, and especially the thoughtful handwritten note made us feel so welcomed and cared for. It was such a sweet stay. The two ladies from the Latitude24 cafe were very friendly.Thank you for making our anniversary so special! ❤️
