Not great!
One of the worst experiences in a Marriott Bonvoy hotel. Except for a fantastic gym, everything else is subpar, from the old room with bad AC, to unwelcoming reception who didn't even recognize my Marriott Bonvoy status or provide any special welcome! The restaurant was okay but requires proper pest control and renovation of old furniture. Overall an okay stay will wouldn't repeat it unfortunately!

Great Hotel

Meridian Plaza
This is second time I visited Meridian Plaza restaurant. The staff was very attentive and helpful, especially lady name Putri. She is so nice and friendly. Thank you for the service. We will definitely come back again.
Perfect place
Vinod provided outstanding service throughout my visit. He was very friendly, welcoming, and always had a genuine smile on his face. He made sure everything was perfect and was quick to help whenever we needed anything. His positive attitude and professionalism made the whole experience even better.
