Disappointing
Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the hotel. To begin with, our original booking for a club room and lounge access were not met. After requesting a room change, we were given a room on the 4th floor presumably a Club room, however it was anything but…it was a smoking room (the carpet had cigarette burns) the balcony lock was broken, the towels were smelly and no access to the Lounge. The restaurant and pool staff however were attentive and service oriented.

Last minute change for the better
Currently staying here Changed hotels at last minute from Rixos to come here as a lot of the A la carte restaurants weren’t open at the other venue - so glad I did !! Wonderful hotel nice rooms - we had city view room as it was bigger than the pool view. Obviously with the conflict the resort isn’t busy but we wanted peace and tranquility and we got just that ! With occupancy low there wasn’t the large variety of dishes in the buffet restaurant however junait and the rest of the restaurant staff went out of the way to ensure we got anything we needed!
Also ate at the captains arms and the Italian both had excellent all inclusive set menus
Pool is very clean and a special mention to Farhad at the poolside bar who was exceptional Whoever is in charge of FOH training - you’re doing a grand job

Great service
I like to give thanks to farad islam in the pool bar giving us extremely good service during our stay
10 Days in Abu dhabi
Good location. The room was comfortable, although it could benefit from a small refresh.
The main issue was the lobby's IT system. It was challenging to get the correct invoice on time, and it seemed to be a real problem today. Let's see if it's resolved tomorrow.
The staff were friendly, and the pool was amazing.
The Wi-Fi worked well.
All services were very fast and helpful.
