A Peaceful Escape with Outstanding Staff
I stayed at Jumeirah Saadiyat for two nights , it was exactly the getaway I needed.
I have to start by thanking the staff — they truly are the backbone of this hotel’s success. Every single person I encountered was wonderful: kind, helpful, and genuinely warm. You could feel the goodness in how they worked, always with a smile. I can’t thank them enough. The resort itself was extremely quiet and peaceful. The beach was beautiful and immaculately clean, though the water was very warm — almost like swimming in a boiling soup — but still stunning to look at. The pools were fantastic, especially the adult-only pool, where you can truly enjoy some solitude. The natural surroundings were exceptional. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had lovely views. My tip: request a sunset view in the West Wing — it’s worth it. For dining, the Lebanese restaurant stood out — the grilled shrimp in particular was outstanding, though on the pricier side.

My favorite hotel to stay!
Every one is supper nice. Puja was great, she took care of everything, fast and got me to my room. She has a great personality and very welcoming!! The hotel itself, nice view, clean rooms and large. Couldn't ask for more. This will be my favorite hotel to stay when I am in Abu Dhabi!

Excellent food. Our server Mrinal was very kind and warm person. His food recommendations were very good.
Amazing stay
A special thank you to Sanjina , who was absolutely lovely during breakfast. She was so welcoming, with a warm smile that really made our mornings special would also like to thank Anthony, our waiter, for his excellent service and attention to detail. He was professional, friendly, and made us feel very well taken care of.
And a big thank you to the entire SAL Pool team for their amazing service and positive energy. Everyone was so kind,
Overall, Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is a beautiful place with a fantastic team who truly understand hospitality. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!
