From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by its elegant design. The stunning chandelier isn't just a beautiful centerpiece—it has its own unique story, adding a special touch to the arrival experience.

I stayed in a Sea View Room, and waking up to the breathtaking turquoise waters of Saadiyat Island was simply magical. The thoughtful welcome amenities made me feel truly valued from the beginning of my stay.

During my visit, I dined at the hotel's Italian restaurant, where the food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Breakfast was another highlight, offering an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality dishes that catered to every taste.

What impressed me most was the resort's personalized hospitality. Every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful, making the experience feel warm, welcoming, and tailored to each guest.

The facilities exceeded my expectations. The spa was incredibly relaxing, and the gym was modern, spacious, and fully equipped for a great workout.

What truly makes Jumeirah Saadiyat Island stand out is the resort itself. From the pristine private beach and breathtaking sea views to the exceptional service and peaceful atmosphere, every detail creates a luxurious escape that's hard to forget.

Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a wellness retreat, or simply looking for a place to unwind by the sea, this resort is an experience worth having. I can't wait to return.

The location is just right. A few minutes drive to the Louvre and Zayed National museum. The welcome experience was spotless (thanks to Prince - what a gentleman!). A huge thank you to Darwin for making our stay unforgettable. He was professional, attentive and genuinely cared about making our experience memorable - the hospitality industry needs more of him! Everyone from the hotel was friendly, kind and welcoming. Rooms are outstandingly Jumeirah. The service was exceptional across the board. Already looking forward to coming back!

In June 2026, we spent our holiday at the Jumeirah Saadiyat Beach Hotel for the 10th time – and once again, our expectations were exceeded.

From the very first moment of our arrival, we received such a warm welcome. As a special surprise, Florian arranged an upgrade to a beautiful suite, which made us very happy, especially as loyal returning guests.

The hotel is beautifully designed, very well maintained, clean, and wonderfully peaceful. The entire resort creates a relaxed atmosphere where you immediately feel comfortable. The breakfast was, as always, fantastic. The selection is excellent and truly leaves nothing to be desired. A big thank you to Raju, Naeem, Rohan, Marie, Saqlain, Ananjoy, Shaan, Anthony & Betty. We would also like to give a very special compliment to all the chefs – the quality, variety, and attention to detail in the food were impressive every single morning. Special thanks to Ajay and Abuit.

The beach, as always, is one of the absolute highlights – simply breathtaking, spacious, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. Compared to our previous stays, we did notice some small changes regarding cleanliness and service at the beach, which is why we would take off a few points here. However, the overall standard is still exceptionally high. Special thanks to Shetty, Edison, Nenu, Rohan & Svarav.

The service at the pool bar and beach bar is very good, and the food is fantastic. The drinks could, in our opinion, have a little more “kick” 😊. Special thanks to Ottman and his team, especially Chhetri, Rohit, Mahesh, Eranga, Waldi, Deepak & Mukesh.

Another very special mention goes to our favourite restaurant Tean. The food was, as always, outstanding and of the highest quality. Our sincere thanks go to Chef Kenan (you are the best), Peter, Lashith, AK, Keith, Raditha & Carolyn. You made our stay, as always, something truly special with your warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism.

There was genuinely no request that was too much for the team. Every little extra wish was fulfilled with a smile, and we always felt welcomed and very well taken care of.

A big thank you also goes to the entire hotel team – from the reception team and housekeeping to all the employees working behind the scenes to make every stay a wonderful experience.

For us, the Jumeirah Saadiyat Beach Hotel has long been more than just a holiday resort – it has become a place we happily return to again and again. After our 10th stay, one thing is already certain: we will be back and are already looking forward to our 11th visit.

Finally, as we experienced the Iran conflict during our stay, we would like to highlight one important point: at no time did we feel unsafe. The hotel and Saadiyat Island always had a calm and relaxed atmosphere. We experienced no restrictions during our holiday, and the professionalism and composure of the entire team allowed us to fully enjoy our stay without any worries.It is clear that many dedicated employees continue to put great effort into ensuring that guests feel comfortable and truly cared for.
