Exceptional stay made perfect by Kande!I had a wonderful experience at the Jannah Burj Al Sarab Hotel. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and offers fantastic amenities, but what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality.A special thank you goes to Kande Umesh and madhan and jagath، and also brother Muneer for his exceptional service. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, demonstrating great professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. It is rare to find such dedicated staff members, and he is a true asset to the hotel team.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi and look forward to returning soon!

Room and atmosphere very good
Recommended place to stay!
Stayed in a junior suite room. The room is big! Near lots of supermarkets and restaurants, within walking distance. The view is great. The staff is really helpful, and a shout-out to M Abdul Azis; his service is excellent.
Good hotel
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was great, but a special thanks goes to Christian from the room service team. He was extremely helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Excellent service!
Nice Hotel and nice housekeeping
We had a great stay in Jannah Burj Hotel. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows with full of amenities. Thank you room attendant Christian he is very friendly and accommodating.
