Ambiance was great, good food, Dwi service was quick, very polite, knew the menu. The vintage looking cutlery made me smile 😃 Impressive indeed. Will come again

The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are patient, always smiling, and genuinely helpful. I would especially like to thank Mr. Kyrillos from the Reservations Department. I could contact him at any time, and he always responded promptly and provided outstanding assistance. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to Hilal from the Reception team, as well as the Engineering, Security, and Housekeeping teams. They all went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you all for your exceptional hospitality and dedication. I truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism.
Great Experience as usual with Holiday inn
Clear Room, Ample underground parking, Enjoyed the restaurants with Live Football matches, location was suitable to commute for works and other locations.
Overall, it was good experience, I cannot find any fault.
Pleasant stay
Currently there is some renovation , so noise during the day is to be expected , otherwise pleasant stay , great staff especially staff personnel Ruhul always greeting with a smile .
