Got worst service from front office I think his the manager rather say he was racist towards us to my surprise he is in manage management he looks down on people as if we not there to pay please change that attitude I forgot his name something like Mohanad but please treat your guest with dignity

Excellent service
This is my second stay at this hotel, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel was clean throughout, the location was convenient, and the overall service was excellent.
The food was delicious, with a good variety of choices. Special thanks to Mohamed from Front Office for his warm and professional service. I would also like to appreciate the Housekeeping team — Ana, Krishna, and Akbar — for keeping the room clean and comfortable. Thanks to Janell from F&B for the friendly and attentive service.
I truly enjoyed my second stay and appreciate the excellent hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.
