Pleasant Stay with Outstanding Service from Fred⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We have stayed at Grand Millennium Al Wahda several times over the years, and one of the things I appreciate most about this hotel is its spaciousness. The rooms and common areas are huge, clean, and comfortable, making every stay enjoyable. The hotel is well maintained and provides a pleasant environment for both business and leisure travelers. What truly stood out during our recent stay was Fred at the Front Desk. After several years of returning to the hotel, he was the only staff member who recognized us and made us feel genuinely welcome. As a loyal guest, that level of recognition and appreciation means a lot. In my opinion, this is the kind of personalized service that all staff at a five-star hotel should strive to provide. Fred consistently offers a warm welcome without being prompted, goes out of his way to assist guests, and does his best to ensure a positive experience. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality make a lasting impression. Kudos to Fred for his excellent service and dedication to guest satisfaction. He is truly an asset to Grand Millennium Al Wahda. We look forward to returning again.👏👏👏

A great hotel with great customer service
The hotel is amazing and Mr. Umer at the front desk make the check in process so smooth and fast. Extremely helpful and friendly. A 5 out of 5 stars in customer service for Umer. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.
Wonderful stay
Thank you very much to Etihad for the great opportunity to spend a couple of days in Abu Dhabi and the wonderful choice of hotel. Everything was fine. Special thanks to Tabinda for helping us change and choose the most comfortable rooms. The breakfasts and dinners are delicious!
