Unpleasant Experience
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The welcome was cold and unprofessional, and the staff did not make us feel valued as guests. The room service was extremely slow, and the food arrived late and was not up to standard. The room itself was not as clean or comfortable as expected, with several maintenance issues that should have been addressed. Overall, the poor service, lack of hospitality, and disappointing room conditions made this stay unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
